Hey I have a question because I’ve been suffering with anxiety symptoms all day everyday it’s like if 1 symptom ain’t bothering me it’s something else and just haven’t been able to recover ever since I smoked weed and caught a panic attack I’ve tried taking lexapro which it helped me at first but then I feel like it wasn’t really having a effect so I left it alone and I was off medication for like 6-8 months thinking I could get over it myself but symptoms and everything still stayed there so now I’m tryna go back into therapy and everything but now I feel like as time went on I got more depressed and the past month I’ve been feeling really bad head tension and head pressure and like heart beat in my head it’s so hard to even live life I would just like some guidance on what you think could help me
