The biggest redpill for me was realizing that: _CIVILIZATION= EVERY MAN GET'S ONE WIFE._ That's it.

Smart phones, social media, tech, social engineering, 24/7 propaganda all play parts

Many people mistakenly believe that because of the sexual revolution and liberalism, more people are having sex and there is more access to sex. It's actually quite the opposite. Some people have more access to sex and several different partners, while the vast majority are completely excluded. Mainly white western average men who suffer from a grave sexual frustration, alienation and isolated from the sexual market. In the past, everyone married, and almost all men had a sex life of some kind and a permanent partner. Today there is great emptiness and painful loneliness for many. Especially among men.

The bottom line is you can’t tax a stay at home mom. Boom. Feminism.

A society must keep their single men happy or they will eventually burn it down.

Dating was easier prior to 2008 i truly feel the world is in decline from 2008 onwards

I have been in self improvement for almost a decade now. Reading all the dating books, working out 20 hours a week, eating right, trying to focus on my job and purpose. However what I can say is that if you never get a payoff compared to just good genetics it is getting harder and harder to stick to a routine that leads into an empty alleyway. Lets hope we stay strong

The rise of Polygyny with the agricultural revolution produced two things: Harems around land owners, and a slave labor class. Inevitably these societies descended into hell, and quickly collapsed. We've reverted to the "initial civilization" experiment and by contrast even hunter gatherer societies pre ice age were more monogamous by today's standards. Crazy to think it's even possible to go that far backwards in common sense.

The biggest rabbit 🐇 hole 🕳 i fell down was the reality of sex itself and how it affects human mind on a psychology and it makes soo much sense when you do massive amount research on both society's and a individual views on sex itself you find a direct correlation between a person / society's views on sexual restraints and stability especially on both social and community level while having no sexual restraints have very little to no self restraints having almost no stability on both a social and community level. This is even supported even further. You look at research about people having multiple previous sexual partners before marriage and their likelihood percentage rate of having a divorce. For people who DO NOT have sex and practice chastity before marriage, the likelihood of them experiencing marriage in a positive light is very high. All this convinces me that us humans SHOULD view sexuality as something sacred because if we treat it as something disposable or meaningless then marrage, family, and even on a social level like a community is seen meaningless and thus will have a very bad social disaster.

I’m what I like to call a “recovering feminist.” I was failed by men in my childhood, so in young adulthood I began to swing the pendulum too far to the other side. I began to “worship” femininity, while viewing masculinity as harmful and dangerous. As I’ve grown closer to God, I’ve begun to recognize how sick our modern society is because we have weakened our men.. We’ve belittled them, and demanded from them while offering very little. We have lost what it TRULY means to be feminine (gentle, soft, graceful, nurturing) and masculine (protective, strong, courageous, steadfast). Jesus has encouraged me to try and understand our men and the importance of the roles they play so that we may play our roles in appreciating and supporting them. People have warned about this for 20 years or so, but for some reason no one sees it... It's disgusting how average and below average men are treated in the mating market, and people are surprised and disgusted when these rejects seek paid companionship or lock themselves inside their rooms and refuse to contribute... I think the people who mistreat thses men are leagues more inhuman than the men that choose to cope by finding some little happiness in their reproductive failure, it's like beating down a starving dog which eats carrion as the dog does not want to attack anyone to eat, but then you attack it for even doing that, now I would never blame that dog to bite back with disregard for the wellbeing of those who beat it down.

I disagree that it is only the "high status" men that are getting the women. In my experience it's more to do with the man's heart than status. The friends I have that have slept with a lot of women are not tall, not great looking, did not have good physiques, weren't incredibly popular, and had minimum wage jobs. What got them laid was a disregard in their heart for relationships which just so happened to allign with the women who are not looking for relationships and just want to have "fun". This is the biggest reason why some men are getting a lot more women. Because the majority of men, in their hearts, don't want to do that. The majority of men have relationship goals that dont align with what women have been brainwashed to want and are not willing to abandon their hearts to get puxxy. Whereas certain narcissistic, sociopathic men are able to do what the women want, which is to sleep with them, treat them badly, and dicard them. Great video by the way. Although, please if you cover this again dont forget to consider how the nanny state takes care of single mothers, while feminists applaud them, which encourages womem to become single mothers, leaving millions of good men who hope and dream to be fathers left without fulfilling their ultimate purpose. The last 60 years (at this posting) have revealed at least one unpleasant truth about human beings: In a state of nature, we are a tournament species, not a pair-bonding one. We gravitate toward hierarchy, not equality (sexual, economic or otherwise). Equality & hypergamy are 2 mutually exclusive values; when they are pitted against each other, hypergamy wins every time. A social system where all males hold authority over all females cannot be found anywhere in nature. What we have instead is a pyramid where the majority of males are at the bottom, submitting (happily or not) to the females in the middle, who in turn submit to the small percentage of males who rule over everyone.

I am 39. I have Always searched for a good funny and caring guy, i really did not care about his Money or social position or his physique or wathever (my family did not agree). Obviously when you choose something, you have to accept you loose something else. I chose to have a monogamous relationship, so i "Lost" the chance to sleep around with other people. I made my choice and After 16 years I am Happy with that. Maybe it's easier for me, because naturally I tend to be attracted Just by people who show care, love and affection, and with whom i have a deep bond. Obviously i am not blind, i see handsome men at work or at the Gym and so on, but i chose One Person 🤷🏻 i hade multiple chances to cheat but i Always said no. So i live with clean conscience, with a loving Person by my side, safe and sound in his arms 🤷🏻

Countless experiments have shown how easy it is for non attractive old women to get a boyfriend or one night stands with handsome men on dating apps. I agree, however, that on the long term, it doesn't benefit them at all since, when left with no incentive to work (ie, a woman to start a family with), many men just give up and society crumbles, making everyone, men and women, bite the dust. If I could give one piece of advice to my younger self, it would be: "settle early, because dating will become extremely hard in the mid 2020s". The majority of my high status friends (engineers, fit, balanced lives, ambition, ...) who didn't settle early are now single and looking for someone in vain, they can't date at work, they don't really party anymore, they get no matches on dating apps no matter how long they swipe, some of them are looking for wives in third world countries, making competition even harder for men there.

I'm glad I fathered eight children and have ten grand children so far before all this took hold. Yes I educated them all on a miners salary but I taught them all how to live off the land and Sea like I was as a boy. I might not be a rich man but my ancestors line will continue. Make no slave be no slave, loyalty and a moral code is something you can trust. Don't let any group use your resources. My advice stop spending in the service economy. I don't see it as a high status men thing. Most high status people are BORN into that status, it is very rare to achieve it on your own. It's more akin to a sort of nepotism for elite people and their offspring.

My advice for guys is forget having a relationship, just build friendships with people both guys and girls. If you aren’t a horrible human, being around people is going to open them up to who you are truly and might attract them. If not, then at least you’ll have friends to spend time with

This is so spot on. Very well articulated. Healthy societies do enforce rules that hurt a minority reasonably for a much, much greater good for all. Without it, true that a certain minority can be marginally happy and slightly better off, however at a massive cost to the majority of society. I come from a conservative monogamous culture, straight to the US where I have been for six years, and what an obscene scene I have found myself in.

Costin is on the right track, but makes some errors. He seems to think the situation for men and women is similar. He claims only the top females are able to have these "sexual and romantic opportunities". That is false.. He seems to imply that the hottest women will do well. This is false. When the top tier men have a virtually unlimited supply of women, these men do not normally pair off or remain loyal. A maladaptively hypergamous women dooms herself to failure when it comes to anything aside from casual sex. Such women ignore the men who would pair with them and pursue the ones who never will. So while women have nearly all the power in this current dynamic, their choices are self defeating. On the other hand, the top tier men truly have it made. They can be with a different women every night or they can pair off. It is entirely their choice because they have access to many women who will provide either. He also errs when he says the average women and below average women are also lacking in options. That is totally false. They reject the available men who would pair with them. This is ENTIRELY their own doing. WHen we hold women accountable (I know, a foreign concept to most people) we see their apparent scarcity is an illusion created by their maladaptive hypergamy, which may have some roots in human nature, but is by and large a conscious choice. Women turn their collective noses up at vast numbers of suitable mates and then have the hubris to complain about the lack of suitable partners. Blaming the sexual revolution is to fail to hold women accountable. Just because a woman is not longer shoved into monogamy with the best match she can secure at a young age does not mean she should take the other options. Women choose to focus on a small percentage of men. The disasters that ensue are entirely their own doing. The real issue is hypergamy. If women simply dated the best of the.men who wanted them, instead of using comparisons to partition men into datatable and undateable, the vast majority of the problems we now face would disappear overnight because pairing would rise and we would see the return of strong families. Instead of destroying the world, the new form society would embrace sexual freedom while keeping a eye towards later stability. We would allow and perhaps encourage young people to explore their carnal desires in their later teens and early twenties, but would encourage a step into adulthood and the creation of families by persons who are approaching age 25 or so. We would also need to stress inclusion so that all young people participate in this personal sexual awakening and then be ready to take on roles as spouses and parents This is not perfect. We know that large numbers of partners can make pair bonding more difficult, especially for women. On the other hand, expecting our youth to return to the days where sex only came after marriage is simply asking too much.

A book that really surprised me when I read it is Ecclesiasties from the bible. That book almost read like a philosophy essay, something I wouldn't expect in the bible. That book is King Solomon regretting his life after having every desire and excess fulfilled, and he says that in the end is all vanity, but the absurd thing about life is that no one sees how absurd and vain everything in this life is until they are in close contact with death. The sinner and righteous, in the end all of them realize that in the end, it ends the same, so the best we can do is follow God, for he is the only one who can save people from this absurdity and vanity that is the life we live here. Timeless wisdom, even if you're not a christian, highly recommend reading it.

Same type of dude, successful, running a business, etc... couldn't get any attention from women. So what does he do? Men rejecting the dating market as individuals won't change anything. If women along with the highest status men accept that dating market, then average men's decisions have little to no influence. By the time enough women realize they're not going to benefit from the current dating market, they're already irrelevant and it's too late. It will take men and women to collectively reject the current market during their early years before anything changes.

It is quite interesting to note that what women desire in men are what will drive men to become. In a society in which it's women emphasize their men to be masculine, courageous, and dominant, the men strive to become that. But as you mentioned, our current society has women which emphasize men with superficial qualities that in turn lead men to become superficial. I wonder if there is some sort of psychosexual phenomenon that perpetuates throughout history that can be modeled and measured that could show the stages of the values of monogamy, polygyny, and sex as a whole. Similar to how Polybius's theory of anacyclosis can predict the changing moods of a civilization in terms of favoring a rule by the one, the few, and to the many. Perhaps civilizations undergo a similar pattern that alternates between prudish monogamy and competitive hypergamy/polygyny. 🤔

Fantastic video and almost 100% correct. However, on your parting optimism, I think you're a bit off. Undesirable men rejecting a system of polygyny is an irrelevance because women don't want those men, and what they think and feel is therefore irrelevant to system change (unless they burn it all down). Change will require either women to reject the system and voluntarily go back to chastity & demanding commitment/marriage before sex, or the restoration of monogamous norms by top down force. Both of these possibilities seem likely extremely remote prospects. We aren't going back to a chaste religious dictatorship in the West any time soon, and on the former, women are too busy revealing in all the attention of desirable guys in their teens and early-mid 20s to initiate change. By the time they figure out what's going on, they are already in their 30s and quickly on their way to dating market irrelevance. And in any case, women have been trained to blame everything on men. So instead of taking accountability and the taking the initiative to change social norms, they will simply blame men for not being good enough/marriageable enough/committed enough etc. For a monogamous marriage system to work, you also need fair divorce laws that discourage it & penalize it, and a society that stigmatizes it. Due their hypergamous nature women will always on average be dissatisfied with their husband, except for those lucky enough to marry a highly desirable high-status man, because they will be stuck with a mediocre guy much less attractive than what she can attract in the short term sexual marketplace. Unless there are very stiff penalties for women being adulterous and divorce being stigmatized, or women being dependent on the financial resources of their husband limiting her ability to walk away, it is inevitable they will cheat and divorce their mediocre husbands. Now women both (1) earn as much money as men; and (2) are entitled to take all of her hubby's money in divorce, she has no financial dependency and hence no incentive to stay married. Even if you reformed divorce laws, which is very unlikely, #1 will persist. Medicore guys, in turn, have no incentive to marry such women, and are starting to realize its a doomed prospect. So marriage and birth rates will collapse. But there is no way we can stop it, even if we see it coming. The cat is out of the bag. It seems probable that societies with permissive sexual norms are doomed to collapse over time - in our times it will be via a collapse in birth rates, and the world will be repopulated by religious societies with conservative sexual norms that have high numbers of kids - religious types that eschew contraception for instance. This probably explains why most of the world is religious and have religions that promote monogamy and conservative sexual values. Group selection dynamics very likely contributed to it being that way. Thanks for the great content. You are wise beyond your years.

Complaining on the internet makes people feel like they are doing something when they in fact do nothing. I have a son, 7 years old, and I fear for his future. Great analysis. One thing you didn't comment on: arranged marriages. Women are terrible at choosing their own mates (especially young women). Our wise ancestors knew that, and so in all flourishing societies, marriages were arranged by the parents of the couple, usually with the mother doing most of the legwork, but requiring the father's ultimate approval. The degree to which the children had a hand in the process varied, and in the best cases the children were able to veto their parents' choice if it was too bad. But our current system, in which the family is entirely removed from the process and the children are thrown to the wolves, is a complete disaster.

Love your idea of “familiar space”. In my 20s before social media you only had school, church, & music scenes to mingle. Introverts like me do poorly with social scenes for engagement. On a positive: Social media allows introverts to find one another without the exhaustive socializing, just takes a little skill. I met all my current IRL friends online. I’m growing from channels like this I would have never learned on my own. The Greeks believed men should marry at 30, women 18. They also had prostitution.
