I believe roger filled the void when his father wasn’t around and Floyd needed that father figure at still a young age. No amount of money in the world can replace that.
Floyd's always been a real one. He only acted the way he did to promote fights!!! Money Mayweather has always been humble and grateful for his life and what he's been able to do. TMT!!!!
This really was my favorite Floyd fight. Only shame is it didn’t last longer. But from beginning to end and Floyd looked in my opinion at his best conditionally but also in fashion. Like the aura he was unleashing around him and into the boxing world was unreal. The color and perfect amount of bling screamed wealth at me and mix that with being in his prime as far as looks too. I’m not black but I honestly think Floyd might be the richest person in current history and also was in his prime. Yes he had loads of money but what his name represented and knowing he was also black and healthy and the best like yes, put all of that together as well as everything that he had to overcome, you could argue that he was the richest person at one point in time. I’m sure he had his ups and downs too but his level of happiness must have been unreal to experience. Knowing you could walk anywhere or to any club and be surrounded by amazing hall of fame athletes but you know that they all know that you’re still Floyd Mayweather Jr.👌🏻That’s truest American dream I think because it combines success, wealth, and being the best in the most respected category of combat. Not just being the best but being THAT GOOD too like the closest to a modern day Bruce Lee.
50 being 50 even during a touching moment. Smiling on the outside laughing on the inside like "is this nigga crying...wait lemme turn...aw shit this nigga really crying. I knew he was a punk."😂😂
He just came off the K.o Victory off Victor Ortiz, he was speaking about how he would wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning, to do 7-8 miles and this training camp was about 8 weeks of insane work. He's just happy.
Uncle Roger was handsome but the diabetes took a toll on him which is normal. I have family members with diabetes and it took a toll on their looks, unfortunately..RIP Roger.
