One of the best stories you've ever told. The way you introduced the main characters (my two all time favorites by the way ) was perfect. Made me feel like I was there - Thanks for keeping us entertained during these wacky days.... #Re-open
Chael, keep telling the stories of this era. Pre internet 90’s wrestling needs a voice. Your hired. There were some straight killers in that era that the younger generation never heard of. Keep it coming.
I think nothing can beat the "hole" story and I would recommend everybody who hasnt listened to it to go check it out ... Ps. Chael I am pretty sure Karelin is the greatest wrestler ever lived?
Could you just imagine a university coach meeting that had don fry, dan Severn, matt lindland all telling stories how cauliflower ears happen? Morale of the story wear head gear. And after lunch is math class with dr scott Steiner phd.
@@mariuszpudzianowski1743 I'm not surprised someone with your name has a compulsory need to bring every conversation back around to wrestlers fucking. Family reunions must be very difficult. For the family I mean.
Both my jr. High coach and Highschool coach wrestled at Ricks College. They told me a similar story about Mark Shultz telling some kids about how he almost killed a man 😂😂😂😂 too good.
That was kind of a teaser. It was more of a Mark Schultz story. I got excited, thinking I was gonna hear a good ol Matt Lindland story. If you're taking requests uncle, tell everybody the Matt Lindland story about Filberto Azcuy. That sir is a good ol Matt Lindland story.
Hahaha Lindland. I left Wrestling and went into Boxing at age 8 and my 2 brothers.. (one a year older, the other one year younger) continued with Wrestling while I pursued Boxing. I was fortunate to live in close proximity to a youth Boxing program that was absolutely no "McDojo". Long story short... 4-5 years later I could NOT beat either brother in a fight. I expected things to be the exact opposite. Grappling kids. Learn grappling early then later on take up a striking art. PS I can hold my own with them today but this was the early 1980s so we're all approaching the half century mark. Time to hang up the gloves and singlets.
