Also Jay Jay Okocha - Nigeria. It's clear to see they literally enjoying doing what they do. And are very lucky that that thing football puts food on their table. Some of us frown when it's Monday and it's tine for work,,just like some frowning footballers like Ashley Cole, Rui Costa Sergio Ramos Zlatan, even CR7/Messi too serious at times as if they are coming after their wives 😯 ,
What i loved about Ronaldinho even above his G.O.A.T skill was his showmanship, the man knew how to entertain a crowd using only a ball, you loved him even if he was bombarding your team with goals
@@gaelswag It was great team in 2007, as a consequence of a fabulous Serie A 06 -07. I was Milan on 24th of May that year, one day after the win. It was absolutely mental party scene on a parallel street to the San Siro called Via del Aldobrandini. No such festivities since. This year Milan is looking very good.
It was probably more than that, but couldn't care less. Never seen even a prime Ronaldinho leap that high and execute a thunderbolt of a header into the top corner.. His legs had gone years before this, everything was one paced, but his quality and skills made up for it and could still contribute.
Ronaldinho "played" whenever he felt like it. He loved the game and saw it as a "game", nothing else. not money, not fame. Pure love for the sport. That's why I don't think anyone actually regretted anything. Teams that want trophies need players 365 days. Ronnie wasn't there everyday. And actually, that's one of the things that make him so good.
Nothing sad about it. He achieved more than the majority of the greatest to ever grace the pitch. The man won it all by 28. Multiple balon d’or, World Cup, champions league. At least he got to enjoy it all while at the top of his game
Ronaldinho played from 2008-2011 at Milan. During this time, Barcelona won three La Liga in a row, two Champions League, while winning the first sextuple (i.e. won six competitions in a row). Meanwhile, Leo Messi scored 38, 47, 53 goals during these three seasons and won the Ballon d'Or three times in a row. This was Barca's absolutely best years. When would they have ever missed Ronaldinho? They didnt miss him for a second.
No, Ronaldinho, in his best moment was better than Gattuso, Seedorf, Pirlo, Antonini, Beckam, Ambrosini o whatever midfield that had Been in Milán in these times
This was horrible compared to how he could have played. The only thing he did was score a goal, dribble like 2 people and like 4 passes. Cambiasso had him in his pocket
Barcelona didn't regret anything, they didn't get rid of him due to talent they knew he had it. It was his off pitch attitude and lifestyle effecting those around him
@@mrbundesteamchannel is that why HeilRJ was banned or something? He was like one of the first to upload football videos back in the days, but had so many problems due to copyright i guess
Yep, and they weren't sex addicted party animals like a certain someone, so they were actually well disciplined and provided Messi with a good role model.
@@dragonusuralis8287 did they provide messis first goal and champions league ? Did they take messi in under their wing when no one did and buy him clothes wen he was in need? Xavi and Iniesta weren't role models what so ever for messi 😂😂if anything puyol was yall dont know shit 💀
I miss that Inter 🔵⚫️🐉 the Seria A was extremely entertaining like it was back in the 80’s & 90’s it is had so many great world class players in the leagues at that season
he revolutionized football back ik the 2000s he was the icon, the name of the sport. I still doubt that there won't be room for other outstanding athletes, look at messi and ronaldo, and instead of comparing them, look at what they did to the sport.
@@liquid_brew2110 in terms of football icons he’s up there but when you think of legendary footballers or footballers now you don’t think of a name more I feel he came at the wrong time Ronaldo Messi still taking the lime light now Neymar is still being outshone by these and when you think Messi took the torch from Ronaldhino Kylie Menbepè is on the rise he’s better then Naymar
Barca never regretted, Ronaldinho was good for some years, but later he didn’t care, after 27 years he didn’t really care, before 27 he was the best in the world.
Cuz thats what Barca do, throw away their great players and forget about them. Just ask Vila, Neymar, Suarez. Even Messi is getting tired of them but stayed cuz they begged him.
When they sold him he was overweight and too familiar with his own kool aid. Also messi was on the up and he didn’t like playing 2nd fiddle to him. He did nothing in milan either.
@@jaykayhooray not the case with Ronaldinho. They did a beautiful tribute when Milan played with Barcelona for the Joan Gamper. You can only blame him for his demise.
@@jeddy7438 what you mean? After he left, Barcelona went on a trophy winning strike like never before. Im a big Ronaldinho fan, but accountability is needed.
Barça won LaLiga, Copa del Rey, Champions League, spanish and european super cups and the club world cup immediately after transfering him. Don´t think they regret a **** about it xDD
All went to shit for them when they brought , Ibrahimovic because he wanted to win CL ... and same year he left Inter , Inter won CL , and when Brarca had enough of him (no one liked him there) , and loan him to Milan ... Barca won CL... that men in jinxed
And Ronaldinho was already world champion at 21 years old. His talent is beyond any doubt, it was because of his life style that Pep Guardiola didn't want him, he usually played the games after being partying all night, and yes, he destroyed everyone. He never recover from his party addiction, unfortunately. But he won a Copa Libertadores almost by himself in 2013, helping Atlético Mineiro to win their first title of the competition. And yes, Copa Libertadores has the same prestige than Champions League. Champions League owes it's prestige to foreign players, mostly from Argentina and Brasil.
The great Milan team was of the late 80s and early 90s.58 games unbeaten in Serie A with Baresi,Costacurta,Donadoni,Albertini,Rullit,Rijkard,Van Basten and those are just the ones I can remember.
Nah, I don’t think they really did regret that transfer. On one good performance there were 5 bad ones. Moreover he knew he achieved everything with this team, his motivation fall down. Same was in Milan
His reputation from the age of 27 turned into being the world's best footballer, to someone who just wanted to party, not train properly and his physical fitness went downhill. Thats why so many failed dribbles. Dont think barca regretted selling him to be honest.
No Ronaldinho was a beast even better than messi in his prime.. his some of the tricks with the ball is unparalleled.. no body can do it.. but it was only for 3-4 years..
I truly believe that there are professional players who are better than Ronaldinho but they are so afraid to express themselves on the pitch we never get to see their genius. You can see how fluid this man was with the ball, always trying always smiling.
He wasn't so good in AC Milan. These years, AC Milan was 6 -th at the table. Ronaldinho from AC Milan wasn't Ronaldinho from Barcelona. He's downfall started after Champions League Final 2006. After that He was never that Player again. Average Player in AC Milan, I know that, because i watched allmost every Game of AC Milan. He was pretty average. These Tapes Show only Moments of he's briliance.
Yep, Milan should never have bought him. Overrated player with no discipline or work ethic. His influence is prolly why young players like Pato were always out partying.
He had is flashes of pure gold.. he was there also in the last year we won serie a but he didn't play a lot. first two years he was good, but the team needed a refoundation that never came.. he was unlucky also because of this. maybe in a better situation he would have been more stimulated.
I don’t think you watched him in ac Milan or you are pretty stupid then. The 09/10 season he was basically the best player of the team, with 15 goals and 15 assists which are pretty close numbers of what he used to get at FBC, and playing with shitty team: Borriello, 37 years old Inzaghi, Pato, old Seedorf...
@@nandouquintana5709 The Numbers can not tell so much. Yes, maby AC Milan These years neded refundation but still Ronaldinho from AC Milan is maby 30 % of Ronaldinho from Barcelona. I don't know, did you watched him in PSG and Barcelona? He was amazing, magician, in top Form... In AC Milan in age of 28, He loked a like old man at the Pitch. Probably you watched only statistic, games you did not.
@@simke90. i remeber the old dinho. But even if He was not as good as before He was a good player and was good for milan if the Team wasn't already made by old players. Anyway the fist two years was good and was nice see Playing together kaka seedorf dinho and pato. We won against Real, close to win against Barcellona in Group stage We needed a top young midfield and an alternative for pato (that anyway was awesome in his first days).
