When I first walked through the main tunnel and saw the grandstands from the infield it was incredible, will never forget that. Daytona, the track and racing, nothing compares

Glad you enjoyed the race. I live here in Daytona, but I couldn't attend. I had to work. I used to get access to everything at the track when my father worked there. He was chief P.A announcer for 31 years.

I wish I could go to all the races Eric goes to. I’ve only been to the Texas fall race of last year, this year’s all star race, and am planning to go to the Texas fall race this year. Would like to go to COTA next year and other out of state races soon.

Daytona looks pretty bad ass, so when you buy a seat in the grandstands if you want to go in the fan zone you have to pay an additional 60 bucks to go down on the infield?

I'm very curious how much did you pay for the whole thing. If you can share that, it'll be cool. I've never been to a Nascar event but I'm planning to do it with my family. I know I gets expensive, but just wondering how much.

I dont remember exactly but 1 ticket for the Cup race was around $100. Maybe a little more or less. The Fan Zone thing is $60/per person. Parking was free!
