Vicky Krieps should be mentioned in the title alongside Viggo Mortensen! She's an outstanding actress!

Except he wrote and directed the film, and that's a large portion of the film's draw. Sadly U.S. audiences do not know Krieps, so listing her name with Mortensen would have little impact.

Audience for Phantom Thread was strictly arthouse in the U.S.. Any western themed film in the U.S. is expected to attract broad appeal, thus marketed differently. If she amazes U.S. audiences, they'll learn her name.

maybe for European premier, her name would be there. She's more famous is Europe and not using her fame would be a miss for this movie's European views.

Greetings, Western fans, I am looking for the title of a movie where the father separates his son from his girlfriend for economic reasons and she goes to work in a brothel and in the end they meet and she tells him the reasons why she is sick.
