If you noticed I was enunciating during the video, that's how you know I had to redo a line of my script SEVERAL TIMES and was absolutely done with it at that point! XD But what did you guys think of Malzeno? And which monster are you looking forward to most in the future?
Malzeno is such a BADASS Elder Dragon! I love all it's forms and it's fighting style. It's backstory is great too, and you really feel bad for it. And it makes you hate those damn parasites even more. Looking forward to the next Lore! Also the Guild REALLY needs to start getting more info instead of just going with their first thought on something. How this hasn't gotten them all killed is a mystery to me.
Definitely up there. There's also Nergi, but he wasn't much of a plot point except when he was a problem with Zorah Magdaros and after we thought he was driving Elder Dragons from the Elder's Recess.

Technically Glavenus had a lore when Rage did the Fated Four but yeah, its Acidic variation didn't have a lore yet.
Yeah, but still inconvenient. Definitely. I thought it would be incredibly difficult to make Malzeno better, but they managed. I don't blame you. That thing was a nightmare for the longest time. Right, but he also didn't go into as great of detail as he could've if he gave it its own video. But like you said, Acidic Glavenus would be the star.

Trust me, those things are nightmares to EVERY species. 4) Yeah, I mean, it's understandable, but it's still crazy (in the good way) seeing how much hate the Qurio get. 5) Agreed. 6) I mean, the thing about media with multiple interpretations in that there's no real one true interpretation, you can go with whichever one you want. 7) I know, right? You did an amazing job with this one, bro! You gave great information on Malzeno, had excellent humor and you really managed to tug at my heartstrings with the sad bits.
Yeah, once you have all the facts on Malzeno and realize that a lot of what Elgado demonized it for aren't really it's fault, it's actually kind of sad how much in-universe hate it got. Luckily, the vast majority in the real world seem to love it, so it balances things out.
Well, I knew you said that this video was almost done but I didn’t expect it to come out so soon! Not that I am complaining. Malzeno has honestly become one of my new favorite monsters, its design, ecology and lore, its god tier theme, they’re all amazing. While I doubt we’ll see it in wilds I’d love to see Malzeno again eventually, and who knows, it might return sooner than we think.
Well, I hope you were pleasantly surprised with the early release! Yeah, it's a really amazing monster in just about every category and I'd definitely love to see more of it. I'd be REALLY cool to see as a Monstie if they make a Stories 3.
