Mark, this is fantastic. I had taking a picture and bit traced it , but because of the angle when I took the picture it needed to be undistorted. Boom, along comes your video to show me how using the bounding box to do that. Thanks Mark, you are the King.
Thank you very much, Troy! She's doing great, thank you for asking. I'd say she was back up to about 95%. Not quite ready for an Olympic sprint, but walking unaided for however long she wants to.
You just blew my mind - I have always done above the line or between the lines with distortion. I had no idea this was possible. I have done quite a few text on Bible / books in the past, and I was always frustrated that I could only distort the top and bottom (not left and right). I always baked the distortion and then node edited left and right side to follow the curve. I even made a video about this a long time ago - You just made that video irrelevant!!! I will not be available for the live show today, but I would recommend doing an example of this on text instead of a box.
Thank you very much, Rob! I just re-watched your video on modifying text to fit the 3D book last night. It's still very relevant, in that it shows a real-word situation where you'd want to do such a thing. If I ever get to carving text in such a way, I'll certainly do a video.
HI Mark, thank you for the video, once in one of your RU-vid live presentation I commented that there was 50Hz sound back on your microphone, now I can hear the sound 50Hz sound little bit loud than before, maybe this is caused by not good ground on it.
Thank you, Jose. I just ran the audio track back through my audio editing program (Audacity) and I don't hear any noise at all. In fact, I've been using a noise gate that removes any sound below -40db (-34db in some places,) in the last 2 videos. Can you time stamp a spot in the video where you hear it?
