Shoeshine please react to more crime videos! I enjoy watching them with u, if u do scary videos like watch nukes top 5 I would freaking love that and so will all
It really does feel like an elaborate disturbing shitpost. Like the dream guy, funny cat pictures, the uncanny face, I’ve seen them in so many memes, so this just seem really elaborate
if she is real, I feel bad for Selene's family, because instead of people keeping her name out there spending time looking for her and helping, they are talking about her, but by theorizing she is fake and not real. so they aren't searching. I feel bad for her parents
11:31 If anyone is saying “what the hell is that”, that is a Japanese Folktale creature/spirit (Yōkai) called Rokurorubi. Rokurorubi are normal women by day, they have normal diets and a normal life. But at night, their body sleeps while their head starts to extend. They usually scare people and drink their oil lamps.
Canal 5 reminisces about a creepy channel I used to watch as a child, similar to Telemundo 52 and Univision 34. The show, which aired around 12pm, featured terrifying cases, I remember this one case of a young girl being run over by a train, with real footage of her body parts and head that were not attached to her anymore. I was alone in my bedroom when I watched this and the images were really graphic like from a horror movie :[
@@shooshiMooshi I know :[ I've tried looking up this channel but I don't remember it's name, I also can't find it anywhere when I search up Spanish news channels.
Fun fact! The face at 1:36 is a police sketch of a criminal called Derrick Todd Lee, so it doesn't have much to do with Selene Delgado. (Because the video at the beginning is an edited video with the police sketch) There are many theories about it, like Selene Delgado face was created from multiple faces of other missing people Fun fact 2: 15:40 Mandela Catalogue's Intruder image is also a police sketch 🧍
The woman with the long neck is called Rokurobi she was named this because of her long neck she is know for scaring people at night and playing tricks on people and stealing oil from peoples lamps in Japan she also devoured people while they were asleep
10:08 so the gray one was from a case where this lady got murdered and they were trying to find her body but didnt know what the body would look like, so they had to draw the lady of what they would think her deceased body would look like
10:02 If I remember it correctly, the bottom-right woman isone of Jane Doe - a photorobot, created by police or enthusiasts of Jane Doe wiki (Unidentified Wiki) who make photorobots of unrecognized bodies, created depending on only features left on one's body and face. Seems like this one was hard to recreate that's why it looks THAT creepy
@@guyturtle it was hard to recreate because the face was decomposed beyond recognition, think they were able to identify the victim only because of the prominent cheekbones
Canal 5 is a real tv channel. I used to watch it as a child around the 2010’s in Mexico. it’s purpose is not to be scary channel or anything at all. It is a family channel that would broadcast news, cartoons, comedy, morning shows and more. This is a broadcast the channel would broadcast in between shows, letting people know who went missing recently and to keep and eye out for them. But the scary factor is it’s own thing. This was never meant to “scare” viewers….. but I will not lie.. it did scare me when they broadcasted this part of the channel. I think they stopped broadcasting this though… The social media 3am scary stuff was meant to gain the attention of people.
10:46 I agree. My family is also from Mexico but I'm scared to visit there. I have heard bad things. Even if I do visit bad stuff might not occur, I can never be too sure.
It’s alright I have came in Mexico and tbh it wasn’t a vacation at all I’m not gonna lie and saying mexico isn’t a scary place bc it definitely isn’t the safest place either it’s beautiful but there’s some bad sides to it I think u should visit Mexico for a week or five days and stick with your family bc I did have fun in Mexico but would I go again? Nope but there’s moment where I had fun and danger isn’t everywhere js in some specific populated area
HONEST TO GOD IM GONNA HAVE NIGHTMARES. I already knew about that whole face thing I just never knew her name. and I never wanted to either it was just something I wanted to remain a mystery, that face creeps me out, both the girl's and the guy's. and channel 5 showing that after kids shows is traumatizing but also lets kids know that being in the streets alone is unsafe. but still that's just so creepy. it just feels like a scare tactic at that point
The 2 sketches you were spooked by happen to be identified, the greenish woman was identified as Susan Lund, and the grey girl was identified as Jenny Gamez, both of the cases have appeared in Lazy's videos.
If shooshi has a million fans, then I am one of them. If shooshi has ten fans, then I am one of them. If shooshi has only one fan then that is me. If shooshi has no fans, then that means I am no longer on earth. If the world is against shooshi, then I am against the world.
I remember one day when I was a kid and I was at my grandparents house watching cartoons when this interrupted my show , I was used to it and this point but when I looked up from my cereal I saw the face of my best friend on the screen , this was the first time I found out she was missing because she told me 2 weeks before she was going on vacation so I didn’t question why she was gone for so long , I started sobbing so loud when I realized what that meant and my grandparents rushed into the room and saw what was on the screen , I still haven’t seen her since and she was pronounced dead 1 year after the search ended, I still have horrible memories every time I see anything regarding this show and I just wish I would’ve found out differently
earlier today i watched a video called "Where Did These Japanese Images Come From?" from Sakura Stardust and she did said the long neck lady was a commercial in japan for an entertainment magazine I'm pretty sure.
Ngl I just found ur channel but I can already tell that ur gonna be my comfort RU-vid fr, like something about your videos are comforting not exactly this one lmao but I find ur voice calming anywayyys yep glad I found your channel 🫶
Hello! I just so happened to have the same name as Selene, my last name is Delgado, and my parents didn’t know about the missing girl when they chose my name lol, i remember seeing the missing persons broadcast and being so scared😭😭just imagine being a little kid and then seeing your name on the screen of missing people with someone who kinda looks like you, it was honestly horrifying.
Damn- that's kinda terrifying to think about it, even worse if they look like you as well Anyways I noticed your pfp and immediately got interested into seeing a Scott Pilgrim fan!! Do you mind if we chat a little?? I don't have any friends who know about Scott Pilgrim and I kinda want to talk with people who actually have my same passions and stuff😭 Hope you get what I mean
so I know you reacted to rolling girl about 2 years ago, but there’s a version that was sung by mawarine shuu that I think sounds amazing. If you haven’t already heard it you should definitely give it a listen
Damn, that channel 5 animation is so nostalgic, and yes it is real (except the Selene content), just 90s/2000s graphics. The "Missing People" news is not unusual, in fact more common than you think cuz we ain't bitches to the reality like that and accept life as it comes lol No it's not "cursed" nor I've heard any rumors of it from what I remember in my time living there, but there was definitely some more "normal" and explicitly uncensored content on basic channels until the digital box era took over. Or maybe someone just shrugging it as a devil's act, but I guess there would be an uproar in that case XD Unfortunately, my parents would never let me stay up that late until high school in late 2000s, but I think there was only commercial reruns (informercials and all that) on most channels until like 5am. I think any younger and I would definitely be scared shitless about 3am creepypasta. There was also the time MySpace had the issue where a kid released a harmless virus onto the site to basically add friends at an impossible rate. Facebook known to be glitchier as years progressed, I wouldn't doubt there would be someone testing limits.
Forgot to mention, in the boxy TV days the single digit channels were usually the free local channels (news and entertainment for all ages at their respective hours) and Canal 5 is what the former WB and Fox channels used to be in the U.S. With the digital box and not having a digital box TV myself (thank goodness the internet), idk if there are any of these free channels anymore.
the one girl shooshi called very creepy actually has a story, the story is that it was I believe a girl who was missing for a few months and then the police sketched what her corpse looked like explained from someone. She was never found.
The image in 3:59 act scared me so hard mainly because it’s a rough sketch of a dead woman thats face could not be identified to her actual identity due to the severe damage that had happened to her
I remember seeing a video about Selene when I was looking at some horror compilation thing. That case scared me the most in the video. For some reason I was watching it at night as well. Let's just say it took me a while to fall asleep haha (and before any of you say it, yes, my profile picture is the cat shown in comparison to her face)
There’s this show called extremo (I might be typing the name wrong bare with me) that my grandma used to watch and it was always like late at night ish, and it would show the real thing, if people were decapitated they would SHOW. It was honestly so odd, I don’t know if the show is still airing but god forbid it still there
I saw a black & white Broadcast interruption just like the Selene Delgado one back in the mid 90's on public local television !!! Its was a emergency alert saying there was a possible serial killer on the loose in our tristate area & they gave a sketch of what they think he may look like with a phone number to call if u spot him & it also was playing that loud ass annoying sound at the beginning like it does to get your attention with every emergency broadcast alert !!!! It was the scariest thing i ever saw as a kid !!!! It scared my parents too because they didn't want us going outside alone anymore after dark because if that emergency alert!!!!
They say that a account posted that said selene delgado and her asking for help or being tortured and her face was there but they deleted the video the minute before but some people captured it and saved it before it was deleted
the Twitter of canal 5 is pretty weird, the only thing i remenber of that It's about a time when the channel asked for fanart of a character called "Catalina la Catrina" and people started sending rule 34 of that character (sorry if this comment is poorly written, my english its not so good)
There's a theory that in my personal opinion, I'm convinced it could be the real explanation. Selene Delgado may not have been a real person, if not a created face by Canal 5 as a way to give awareness of missing people, especially young women and femicides which are problems in Mexico. There might be a reason of why they showed the sketch of American serial killer Derrick Todd Lee, since that was a serial killer who targeted women. And the reason these faces are creepy is because of the uncanny effect. I think these faces had a subliminal message to make people aware that people were going missing, especially young women, and make people scared and precautius in some way.
i feel bad for the woman on Facebook like she was resting and having a casual life and then one day she opens her phones and sees her chats are bombarded with messages like "OMG R U OKAY?? R U KIDNAPPED??" i feel kinda bad like they just jump to conclusions saying that this random woman is a missing person even tho she posts pics of her exploring the world and also she doesn't even look like the missing Selene-
fun fact: the image at 3:39 (THE CREEPY ASS GIRL) is actually a corpse, of a woman jenny gamez. she went missing in 2012. 2 years later, in 2014. she was found in a suitcase. here lifeless, decomposing body was found like this.
Growing up in Mexico seeing that come up on my tv I was frkn scared and no joke I actuals pissed myself because it was night time and I was so paranoid plus it was quiet and everyone was asleep. 😶
The long necked lady at around 11:26 reminds me of the Japanese yōkai 'Rokurokubi'. Theres two versions, they both look like humans but one has a neck that can stretch extremely far, and the other can just detach its head from its body and let it just fly around ('nukekubi').
