The Disturbing Lie 2Pac Believed To Be True Because It Came From Somebody He Trusted! 

Afeni basically slept with Lulumba's friend and then disappeared into the black panther underground because she fell in love with his friend Mutulu. She mislead Tupac and told him his dad was dead and then lived most of his life basically off the grid, moving from city to city and struggling with drugs. when Tupac started blowing up and people mentioned the resemblance, his dad started researching and discovered Tupac’s mom was named afeni and he knew it was his long lost son. No internet in early 90’s not really easy to reach people back then. When he contacted record companies, they thought he was a crank because they had been told Tupac’s dad was dead. So a man calling saying he was the dad sounded like a crazy man. when pac got shot and was basically ‘still’ the dad was able to connect. He was a supporter during trial and would come visit him in prison. Afeni was upset and jealous over them connecting and out of loyalty to afeni he cut off contact. Tupac relationship with his dad being nonexistent is 100% due to afeni being infatuated with mutulu and being a nomadic crack head with delusions of grandeur and having a fantasy love affair with mutulu who was serving a million years. She kept telling pac his dad was dead becaus she wanted him to only view mutulu shakur as his father figure

My mother told my sister's and I so many lies about my father growing up that we actually hated him. He tried so many times to be there for us until he finally just gave up. As adults, we finally learned the truth from my father.

There’s a picture of Pac, Billy Garland and his wife and Pacs ex wife in prison. 2Pac also was planning a Family Thanksgiving in 1996 before he dies to bring all his family to LA to celebrate thanksgiving which included Billy Garland and his family and The Shakur family.

I did not know about all the drugs surrounding Tupac during his younger years. Then add in Suge Knight. When you have a multi talented and multi million dollar record seller you never bring him to Las Vegas where known criminal associates are. A fight breaks out and you send a singer in to do the dirty work. Then said singer loses his life. If the Tyson fight really meant something to all involved Suge could have rented a house on the beach and had it catered and had a nice party with no issues from criminals. Very sad.

I love my mother dearly but my mother told me a lot of different lies about my real dad ..from different men till my real father being dead! I'm sorry to say this but Afeni was wrong. She lied to Tupac, the psychology affect it had on him caused him deep hurt and bitterness. It led him down a path in life he wouldn't have taken if his father was present. This goes beyond Afeni too. When I was looking into PAC’s life and came across that he didn’t know his biological father until late in his life, I resonated with that a lot

I think this is why I connected with pacs music. Me and my father don't have the relationship I want. I found out 4 yrs ago after my 42nd birthday that my father wasn't my biological father and I was relieved at first because I grew up thinking something was wrong with me and then I felt the anger because my mother watched me grow up and knowing how much I wanted a great relationship with my father. I've gotten better over time, but I'd be lying if I said it doesn't bother me.

The name "Lesane Parish Crooks" was an almagation of last names.The Crooks, the Lesane's, and the Parish's.Those were the last name of the families Afeni was good friends with.You have to remember, she was fighting against the COINTELPRO at that time.Those were the names of the families she entrusted to take care of Tupac if something was to happen to her.It also served as a placeholder name.Afeni said she was "out if it" when she gave birth to Tupac, so she wasn't in the right state of mind to come up with a name.It was only a little time later she decided to name him Tupac.

Wow!! After hearing this letter for the first time ("the Panther and the gangter"), we can definitely feel that the absence of a father figure really impacted Pac's life. Seriously, and I can understand that. I grew up without a father too. I am a young black woman but I really feel like, I really need a father figure. Sometimes, when I see girls with their daddy, I feel some envy. It's a real struggle for a mother to raise children alone. I understand it too. I I can recognize myself in this letter. Being from New York City, I can tell you that that's not how the original birth certificates look. If you ever need a copy of your birth certificate today, that's what they give you now, and it doesn't provide all your information on it from birth. So from the looks of what he's showing, "someone" went and asked for a copy of both Tupac's birth certificates, and that's what they gave him.

Where was he when she was struggling as a single parent? Legs was probably considered his father because he actually helped take care of 2pac and was a father figure to him. 2pac knew Legs wasn't his biological father he said it in the documentary. If bio father really wanted to be in his son life before fame he would have!

I'm a big pac fan.. I even respelt makeveli and used it as my own tag for what 17 years now.. and after all these years whenever I hear tupac or see something about him all I feel is pain.. pain for what he went through and pain that we all share, some without even knowing it's there. And that pain is not being able to see what that man would have done,, he literally had the power to change the world or at least it felt like that. Tupac discussed this in his interview with Tabitha Soren. He said he met his real father in the hospital after quad shooting. He said they hadn’t gotten a blood test but he looked just like him & was past the whole “father thing”. (MTV) Billy Garland even said that Tupac showed him that he still had both balls because it was being reported that one got shot off. (In Biggie & Tupac Documentary) Deep scene that should be in a biopic. That would be part of the “untold story” as the whack movie claimed to be.

Tupac said in a interview about the quad shooting that his father came to visit him in the hospital. He stated that he looked like him and that she showed Mr Garlin that they didn't shot his jewels off. So whether afeni lied to Pac or not he knew who his father was.
