I first heard “Deadly Combination” on Big L’s The Big Picture... The way the beat comes in and you hear Ron G “Flllaaavva!!!” Then you hear Pac’s distinct laugh hauntingly flutter onto the beat! Then the beat goes Tun Tun Tun and the piano keys drop. That song is hip hop. That energy is so live! I had no idea how that song was conceived. Thanks so much for sharing that story. It just makes the track even better now
Man Pac met all these dudes and it's uplifting to hear them telling vivid stories of him after he's gone. Props to Ron G for this clear narration. Rest in power, Pac.
WE at that level as a People But We So Afraid of One Another SHINING above Us that we are Not Patient To Wait For Our Turn. Cause they Coming with A.I. Now.
Truth revealed. The goons weren’t a surprise to Tupac at Quad, he threatened Jimmy Henchmen earlier in the day and it came to fruition. Luckily, Tupac shot himself and lived to see another day…
Unfortunately and this is so sad but 2pac is in Hell, 2pac is not in Heaven, there are people on RU-vid that have seen 2pac because God Almighty has shown them 2pac is in HELL. That is why it's very very very important to live a HOLY and RIGHTEOUS LIFE, to REPENT of your SINS and live for Jesus Christ and not this EVIL, WICKED WORLD. Either serve God or Mammon, you cannot serve both. Time is running out and JESUS CHRIST is coming SOONER than we think.
That's who he was before the fame, with it & who he will always be. He needs that Drink Champs interview along with many other mixtape DJ's who helped expand the popularity of Hip Hop outside of NY & eventually U.S.
Pac was the greatest listen to Ron g say pac said give him 15 minutes plus was getting text and phone calls so he was distracted still wrote something crazy people got to understand pac wrote the whole makaveli album in 3 days in was mixed down in 4 days that's why it's called the ⁷ day theory
No... MaddRonn had a dream on the October 1991 Halloween storm... and wrote MAKAVELI... GOD told him he would die and his life changed and so did his music. "God coming she just taking her time." -Tupac Shakur

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Another EXCELLENT interview, Art! I've been waiting a long time to hear from DJ Ron G. So interesting and I felt like I was seeing everything that Ron said. Great interview.
@@rabekagshakur7476 heard millions and millions of times. One my favorite Tupac track, definitely Big L because he is a legend too but him and 2Pac was a Deadly Combination. Glad to know now that Biggie wasn't apart of it,it was fan made.
Deadly combination baby.. ~Listen to Ron, the only DJ that can calm me Constantly armed, my firepower keep me warm I'm trapped in the storm, and fuck the world til I'm gone. Rest In Peace Pac .

The song he’s referring to is called “The Heat/Repesentin’ for Ron G”, easily one of my favorite Tupac verses and the beat goes hard too! You really outdid yourself by getting the man Ron G himself on here for an interview Art 🔥
@@zymeerwhitman8761 Pac dropped the verse for a different song for Ron G, but he ended up putting it in Big L’s album, I’m not sure if Pac and L ever met or not
Honestly, I still have that cassette from early 95 when I traveled to New York as a 19yr old with Stretch,Pac,It's alive and Keith murray. I brought it at the Malcolm X ShabaZZ flea market in Harlem.
Omg fam. I'm of the Ron G era, we stayed copping his taped out in Queens. First time seeing this guy whose voice I have known since a kid!!!! He was a blueprint or inspiration for so many including Clue and Jaydell and Mista Rello, Dj Boom etc Respect
"Now regulate and I'll be back to set up a date Wu-Tang is bangin like a Ron G tape"- Raekwon on ODB album: return to the 36 chambers - song: Raw Hide Peace to Ron G. Brucie B. Kid Capri Funkmaster Flex Luvbug Starski- Biggie Smalls - song: Juicy
I'm from the East Coast (Tri State) and Ron G. Is a LEGEND!! If you got on one of his tapes you were Poppin!! Art thank you for this and Salute to one of my favorite channels on RU-vid 🙌🏽💪🏾‼️
Ill times man. As far as mixtapes, these were the days when Ron's "run" was kinda slowing up and kid Capri/ s&s/ doo wop started to really pop off. Right around when biggie nas wu tang etc were about to blow...
True that I was introduced to the Ron G Mix tapes while stationed in Korea early nineties by a soldier friend of mine SGT King from Queens his blends was crazy he would always say Ronnnnnnn G like Kid Capri do
So this is the guy that Pac mentioned in Vibe Magazine? Wow! So this is the guy house Pac was at when Jimmy Henchman was constantly calling him to go to Quad Studios!
