Fun fact: All these channels have been making this type of content for maybe 3-4 years and never ended it.

In 2nd grade, we saw ‘GM’ written on our slides at recess, and I never heard of game master until one kid said, “that means game master!” And then he explained what that was. And we started noticing a ton more messages, and I was so terrified. We all thought we were Sherlock Holmes knockoffs or something. I went to this after school group at the reck center. I was so scared of game master snatching me that I said to the hosts, “can I go outside to look out for game master? And they had no idea what that was and they just said, “Sure, I guess?” So I went out, and told my mom, and she was saying “so why did you go outside?” And in 2nd grade, I had the idea that I was a big strong warrior that could protect everyone. So I said, “to protect everyone.” My mom thought it was similar to those girls who thought slender man was telling them to kill their friends, so I was banned from RU-vid for 2 years straight. Then after a while those kids said, “oh it was just teens writing ‘good morning’. And I was having nightmares of being kidnapped by the game master. I was definitely not the brightest child.

Danny, Drew Gooden and Cody Ko are also connected in a disturbing way. They barely post but when they do, it's on the same day

God I remember when this was going on, because you couldn’t look up “game master” on RU-vid without being bombarded with these videos. It made researching dungeons and dragons really obnoxious, especially for a new DM like I was.

I remember volunteering as a helper for my sister’s class August birthday party. The kids would make fake Game master notes and pass them to each other during class. You could tell it was the kids because of the crappy spelling and hand writing. It got so bad that a little girl who didn’t know about it was freaked out by finding a random note in the turn in bin. The teacher ended up yelling at the kids for writing notes like that. Gotta admit, the kids were pretty convinced by the crappy notes.

If this wasn’t a kids channel this could actually be a terrifying RU-vid horror series where someone creates puzzles and if they solve them they don’t get killed by this person

Fun fact: Danny is actually the Game Master but he makes these videos to throw them off his trial, only people who are truly Greg know this and help him finish all of those snacks.

The way that years and years ago I watched almost all these people and it brings back memories is the part that gets me

I've only ever seen these people through your videos (and possibly Drew and Kurtis, I forget if they've covered this too), so I looked them up to see if they were even real, and holy shit, I cannot follow anything that happens in those videos. Danny really does a great job editing them to be comprehensible because I cannot understand half of what they're saying or doing when I watch their videos.
