I like the tone of the narrators of each faction The Rioter sounded like he was having fun in this chaos. The Riker sounded like he's having the time of his life after escaping the prison then ruling the streets and taking revenge on the cops. The Cleaner sounded desperate of getting rid of the Virus, no matter the cost. The LMB leader sounded determined as he knows what he and his army are doing in the city. Keeping order and stability. The Division agent sounded hopeful that they can save the city and help the JTF from the four factions
+ DannyDubi "Our mission is to save what remains" Yeah, saving what remains 'Murica style! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HIPljGWGNt4.html
xenomorph 682 I mean look at the thousands of enemy faction members I have killed for some "Greater Good" I'm just putting hundreds of bullets through hundreds of heads while my agent experiences more combat then can realistically be good for a person and slowly becomes dead inside, just wait till he has to reintegrate into society.
So basically.. Rioters - "Cocaine's one helluva drug" Rikers - never got to play in the the playground as children Cleaners - Pyro's family reunion LMB - Played too much fallout 3
Cyrotechnium meanwhile the last mabln batalion is killing all other factions and they are scared to go on theyre turf because they will get shot in the face as soon as the LMB spots them
Hunter Bg Actually there’s a little more to it than that. The first responders, emergency services, civil volunteers, National Guard, Marine Reserves etc are mostly all dead. The JTF ranks now consist mainly of civilian volunteers who are generally inexperienced in combat. Given the current situation, the government doesn’t have the time or resources to properly train their soldiers and hence they are deployed before being combat ready.
Revolutionary dude we are the JTF and we don't appreciate having our asses saved when the Division agents kill the 20+ man group that was about to kill us
In training: instructor: Alright in the JTF, you will be trained to suck at everything and don't even know how to use a gun. UNDERSTOOD! JTF: Sir yes sir!!!
The JTF: we’re the JTF, police officers, firefighters, paramedics, national guardsmen, civil volunteers. Doesn’t matter how outgunned or outmanned we are, we will take this country back
Based giga chad JTF But I wish division had an option like ghost recon breakpoint where we can choose to play with gear and not I wanna be immersed in the setting yk
Xirou actully not all LMB are first wave but those who didn't die joined them. That's why you see that one LMB guys who has division tech while the rest are normal soldiers. Most of the First Wave became high ranking officers/operators when they joined due to their tech and skill.
yep... maybe two different HQs for goodish guys and bad guys. see people randomly in the world and choose whether to fight them or not. already sounds like a better game.
Dlc: Factions You pick your faction and do side mission take over turfs supply drops kill division agents find better loot and clothing items melee weapons and what ever faction you pick, that faction won't attack you
Leonid Denisova yeah they have good hearts cause you hear audio logs and such of them acting like normal people talking to loved ones and such but in the end they truly believe that the disease is incurable and has already spread across the city while in actuality it hasn't.
As far as I can tell, the Cleaners are normal people trying to kill the virus via sterilization, but their method is rather violent and destructive, as opposed to the Division agents trying to research a less harmful cure. I've only run into Cleaners and Rioters so far, as I just started playing, but they're normal people trying to survive, not gun-wielding maniacs with a blood thirst.
I would join the LMB BUT with a purpose. They believe that The Division is trying to restore a Manhattan that practically doesn't exist anymore (it's too far gone). I support their decision (even though it's a game). They were sent there without the government telling them how bad the virus had gotten, so they took matters into their own hands. I feel as if the creators of the game GAVE them a bad rep. I mean what kind of military kills civilians (for no reason) if they're trying to start a NWO and get people to join them? The LMB even had camps/tents for civilians. Hell, they even gave civilians protection through what I heard on the loudspeaker.
Technically, they didn't even kill civilians just for the sake of it: they killed marauders, lawbreakers, etc. It's called martial law, not war crimes. Actually, now that I think of it, the fun thing is that the Division, would never succeed (at least fully) if they acted like they do in the game. The same cannot be said for the LMB, though.
@@giglamesh9831 The Cleaners have the Right idea and Execution. But they also have the resources and brainpower to carry it out. But the only thing that Honestly is standing in their way is 'The Division', Last Man Battalion, and the Player. If not for those factors. Fire would have surely cleared the disease, Since it would have nothing left to infect. Since the Cleaners would most likely avoid areas the infection was last purged.
Race Kane JTF are terrible, when they attack the rikers H,Q, T They all died to the heavy's and turrets. But I would join the cleaners because of Joe Ferro. Still, LMB and Colonel Bliss are still badass.
Along with the choice of factions, there should be faction exclusive storylines that you can follow after completing the main story. A system similar to Destiny's faction system would be cool, so you can only have allegiance to and gain rep in one faction as a time.
Maybe in div 3 you could go rouge properly (not In the dark zone sense) and join one of the factions new and old alike ( y'know rikers, cleaners ,outcasts, lmb ,true sons, black tusk, hunters ,etc)
I'd join the LMB. Rouge agents with division tech, well trained and funded with military gear such as turrets, cars, attack choppers and advanced weaponry
What if an offline version with free running , factions war , were made ? Like stalker trilogy , you can play as a loner and collecting weapons .... woud be great .
I have 30y of experience in pc games, but this made me fall in love again...division 1 is far best game I have played in recent years. Thank you ubisoft. Best part is - I am still enjoying it during casual plays, time to time. Thx. 👌
hey brother i have also recently returned to playing the og division again but since its such a old game i dont find any people to play it with. if you want to join in for some casual roaming and playing give a knock. wud love the company.
So do we get to join one of these Factions or are we stuck with the one from the Beta? Nevermind, Just watched the whole video. "WE ARE THE DIVISION" Shame really, being able to be different groups would make the Dark Zone actually make some sense and it would also open up many gameplay opportunity.
UnKnownLeegend I wish if you went rogue in front of lmb they could follow you and you could lead them. or have a thing like in mgs v where you base gets attacked and you must come back
Zakari Houston because the lmb wants to take new york and claim it as their own where as the division is trying to gain control of NYC for the government. The point of the division was to ensure that the US government still has control when faced with a catastrophe while the lmb wants to reinstate themselves as the new leaders of NYC.
Not really. They actually think they're the good guys, because they want to clean the city from the disease. Remember, Joe Ferro's wife was one of the first victims who died to the disease.
As infamousmike said, Janitorial and repair duties are very well paying. In many cases you are paid a higher salary than most dentists and doctors who underwent over 6 years of specialist education. Not to mention you have a ridiculously powerful labor union that can intimidate anyone who threatens your line of work. Which I guess is kind of a double edged sword because a lot of corporations don't want the headache of the labor unions and are automating more jobs as a result.
What’s concerning is that in a phone trace you hear Joe Ferro (One of the bosses) talking to his men about them being heroes, in one point he states “We do what nobody else has the courage to do, to cleanse every last trace” In hindsight all the division do is kill people and break social hierarchies. Meanwhile the rival factions have done more good than bad, in my opinion I stand by the cleaners because if you REALLY want the virus gone that bad, you should cleanse everything, it’s euther a couple hundred thousand people or 7 billion and the end of humanity. I’m done being that annoying person in the comments that takes things too seriously now :)
+Oliver Henderson I agree with that perspective of the Cleaners, they were formed by Joe Ferro after his wife was one of the first victims that died from the Green Poison virus. Their actions can be summed up with the phrase "Good intentions, bad/misguided actions". The Cleaners and LMB are the only two hostile factions that I consider to be the morally ambiguous factions; because while they do kill people, they believe that they are doing the right thing to save the city from the virus and the criminals that own the streets. Sorry if this reply is one month off.
Funny that nowadays all you have to do to save American lives and help the nation to recover faster is “Stay at Home”. If only everyone stayed at home and not some people, we would already be opening our country like Germany but instead, people in the USA chose to have the highest infections and deaths. Bravo!
@@thetdmzack2929 they came back except the remaining LMB they jponed Black Tusk in warlords of new york they removed the protective feeling of cleaners in my opinion.
If we could join any faction, that would be a tough choice tbh. The faction that’s morally right is the Division. However, I could also morally agree with the Cleaners. Yeah, they kill a lot of people to reach their goal, but the Division does the same thing. Most effective in enforcing law and order: LMB. As for Rioters and Rikers, I’d only join them for shits and giggles to raise hell 😂
Freedom is not a right. Liberty is not a given. This city needs an iron fist to restore order. There shall be no resistance. No matter who stands in our way. -LMB
Avram Galileo Who are you say ive got bad taste?? Who are you to disrespect what i like just because you dont like it? That isnt bad taste its called prefrence, you want to talk about your opinion when you cant respect another persons opinion.. maybe its you who has bad taste, a bad tatse in communicating with others, a bad taste in not respecting other peoples choices... If you dont like the game go play cod or battlefield im sure you'll meet plenty of kids your age...
