Nice review, keep up the good work. I have mixed feelings about Tobias and the half-pariah; it’s visually appealing, the voice acting is great, the steam/diesel idea was cool and the action is fast paced and thrilling. But, the choice of villains is odd, the faces that have fixed/unedited eyes is weird and it’s too illogical for my liking. I like to call this film, the Dick Tracy of the Thomas fandom. In that it bundles up a bunch of characters that have well written personalities and traits and are submitted to being kinda stereotyped heroes and villains in a illogical storyline and world, but at the same time it’s a fun/thrilling ride of a movie that can be enjoyable as it’s own thing. Despite my rant, I’m intrigued about the sequel coming out this December, cause the trailer looks like Christopher Nolan wrote and directed it and it gives a kinda anime vibe.
My favourite part of the movie is where Tobias was pulling Gordon and the express along the main line. And I've heard there's a second movie of Tobias. Why not do a podcast review of 'Ghost train the untold story of Timothy'.
