One of the Main Reasons why Live wont come out is due to the Extreme Sheepish Fanboys in the 2k Community. Even if Live was a genuinely "Good Game" that large portion of 2k Players would still find a way to trash Live so much to where, people would eb discouraged from playing it. I personally believe that some Content Creators say they wont more Competition, but in reality they don't; Due to possibly losing money down the road since 2k wouldn't have a Monopoly on virtual basketball anymore. As of result, Live doesn't want to invest too much time and resources into a game that ends up (in this Hypothetical scenario) yet the Majority of players in Virtual Basketball being rejected, not because it isn't good, but simply because its not exactly like 2k. But is just my two cents on the matter. Anyone can comment about my take. Great vid Swante.

I left the 2k community after being disappointed with the PS5/Series X entry. Never bought the game again and have been much happier since. I heard it was over creative differences, what those differences is ion know but I believe it’s some kinda disagreement with what take-two is tryna pull.. In Red Dead online the missions was long as shii and they onl paid you basically Pennies. It was to convince you to buy the in game curreny than grind for it, kinda what 2k is doing now.. but being it’s a western game the items you could spend the currency on wasn’t worth the price or hassle of grinding. They ended up just letting Red Dead online die.

Most fun I had was 2k14-2k17 i swear i never had more fun during my younger years, at first i thought it was cuz i got older(23 nie) but it truthfully was because of the speed, i never felt animation driven, nd there wasnt as much restriction on the court, my player could be a god lol, nd i liked the simpler archetype system, thats what also made the microtransactions not as horrible

Its crazy im from Poland, Central/Eastern Europe. On rec servers you see the same ppl everybody know each other 😡 its like mby 100 people playing regulary. Build cost 110 eur when average salary is 1k euro 😆 you can get a room in student apartament or get a build 😂😂 im blessed that i make cool money, people in my country cant play. for average person its impossible. And imagine kid asking parents for 120 eur extra when they already paid for console and game. If you would like to stream or make content, trust me, nobody will watch coz no one knows game coz its 2 xpensive 😂😂

The top 3 things wrong with 2k are Microtransactions to the point where the game is pay 2 win, thr gameplay is based around animations you have to oay for (more pay 2 win) and the community. You can't miss a single shot and if you do you wont touch the ball again the rest of the game. And thrn you mix all of that together it makes for one of the single worst gaming experiences you can possibly have. JoeKnows is 100% correct as well. If you dont have a couple buddies that are actually decent you will not get anything done but good luck making friend in a top 3 most toxic gaming community of all time

The problem with having all the 2k servers come back up is the same issue that you mentioned with separating the players based off of their rep in 2k24 (black plates, brown plates, etc). Most of the games would be dead after the first day because there wouldn’t be enough players on each game. most would gravitate to one or two games and call it a day while the rest catch dust. How are they supposed to fill servers for each game with players if they can barely do it with one game? 2K would waste a killing on that and if this video shows anything it’s that they make money not waste it. Its the sad truth same reason madden doesn’t do it.
