In the last part, we celevrated the beginings of the Nickelodeon Brawl series, the games that led us to the origins of Nickelodeon All Star Brawl. Today, we see why the series never grew in recent years, despite the large amount of support past the first few titles. This will cover Super Brawl 3 & 4, the awkward era of the franchise.

That wasn’t Adult Aang, that was a Korra character named “Tenzin and super brawl 3: Just got real is a reference too these cringy commercials, Nickelodeon had at the time. Which is why there are very few characters

@@cordellriemer5177 Well, before the late 2000s Canadian animation used to treat kids as more mature than United States animation did. The best example of this has to be an episode of 6teen about lesbians and sexuality, an episode that got banned from the US. There was even more variety with comedies, action, adventure and there was even one horror cartoon i forgot the name of, it was kind of like Twilight Zone but for kids, even had it's own host.

I remember playing Just Got Real more than GvE because the regular version would NEVER load on any PC I played it on. And when it would, I didn't play it that much. And I unironaclly like Just Got Real. It was Gary's first and only appearance as a fighter in the entire series. I play regular 3 more now because of Flashpoint but 2 and Just Got Real will always be favorites of mine.

I played a TON of Super Brawl 3 online when I was younger. Timmy's aerial and the Rabbids assist was so OP, it's hysterical. If you were up against someone using it it's basically a forfeit. But yeah the online mode added a lot of replayability, so that was the one that I got into.

Kinda odd they included the rabbids, since they were never a official nicktoons (the rabbids invasion series was just an import from a French company, and they don’t even have the rights to air it anymore, the final season was released on Netflix).

Probably just to promote the show. Half of the characters were just added to promote their shows, meaning it was their only apperance in the series. (Like the character from Winx Club, Monsters vs. Aliens, and Kung Fu Panda)

@@CosmicSponge2004 yeah true they did have the rights to air it, though they never really had full rights for the series (unlike the dreamworks stuff, which not only did they have full rights to at the time, but they did have a hand in creating, hence they do count as official nicktoons).

Viacom(Nick) actually owns the copyright to Winx Club and their three DreamWorks shows. So they're not the same as Rabbids, which Ubisoft owns.

On a related note, not counting the Rayman Raving Rabbids Trilogy Super Brawl 3 marks the 2nd Time the Rabbids appears in a Crossover Game, the 1st Time was when the Rabbids were guest characters in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Smash Up, a game for the Wii where it was connected to the 2007 TMNT Film, which is ironic considering the fact that the Rabbids appeared in a Nickelodeon Crossover Game where they fight against the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, this time in their 2012 Designs. Of course you all know about the 3rd Time the Rabbids Appeared in a Crossover.

I played super brawl 3 online one day when /v/ decided to play it for some fuggin' reason. I got called a certain homosexual slur for using breadwinners by a golden ranger player. Was honestly justified, good times! Timmy Turner's jumping attack in that game was actually broken.

This is a good question, I should probably mention this in the next video. I'm using a program called Flashpoint Infinity, which basically works as a massive catalog of nearly every flash game, all of which can be downloaded and played offline.

Honestly, I woulden't mind seening fans return for a future console game. I adore their designs. Also, Super Brawl 4 and Scary Brawl weren't made with Flash, they were instead created with HMTL5 (which let's just say it's less smooth then Flash). That's why the loading screens are super bad.

for Nickleadeon's defense, Super brawl 3: Just got real was an april fools joke, and if I'm not wrong it came back to the regular Super brawl 3: good vs evil after april fools ended. also I think Super brawl 4 was targeted at much younger kids, and I say that since a few years ago I really enjoyed playing super brawl 4, I never actually tried any other mode than story mode and because of that I liked scary brawl aswell, But anyways as of right now when i tried replaying super brawl 4 I think the same about it as you do though I wouldn't say it's that bad.

Something I hated about these two games is how they just cut the past out. Skipper? Ottis? Fanboy & Chum Chum? Aang? Any old character that hasn't been aired for a while just gone! Made it feel like a soulless way to advertise what they got now. Thankfully Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl actually embraces the past and grabs some of the best of eras, showing that the people making this game grew up with Nickelodeon and love these shows. I like mah nostalgia.

I don't think NASB features most of the eras containing the characters you named at the start... it's mostly early Nicktoons icons, the characters Nick keeps making t-shirts of for the millenials
