In this video, we are back at Rivo's Hub in Poole for a sunny Sunday with Amber from Driven247. As usual with these meets, there were a variety of different cars to suit all tastes and interests as well as good food and great company! There were a few familiar faces as well as new people to meet and new cars to look round! Thanks to Amber for the invite, we can't wait for the next one!

Great video and thanks for coming along. Glad you got a go in the Ami Jake, it’s a fun little thing but noisy inside as you now know also! Ha ha.

Not a problem! We had a great time at Rivos on Sunday. The Ami was great fun and amazingly loud but I like the quirkiness, even if i did just take it down to Lidl and back haha. When's the next social? 😁

Love the GT86, wouldn't mind having one of those on the fleet. I actually had the good fortune to interview a guy in my last video who had just bought a GR86, they sold out in only 90 minutes. Nice swing the Starkey too, been a while since I saw a five door version. I'm very envious that you have seen the AZ1 as I've never actually had the chance to get up close with one. I still maintain that the most exciting cars to come out of Japan are indeed Kei cars. The Lupo were cool little cars but expensive. The Seat Arona was cheeper but just not as stylish at the front end. The Chevy vam looks cool. In the 90's we had a Chevy astrovan as a holiday hire, a bit newer than this one but very similar. That Allegro really is so 70's with its brown paint and that gold pinstripe which would have looked pretty classy no doubt in period. That smart car looks like an interesting project and probably scary to drive with so much power. They had a reputation for poor handling owing to.its tiny wheelbase and tall body. Nice that you had a go in the Ami, I had been hoping to try one last month but it didn't happen.

The GT86 is a great piece of engineering, Toyota really saw a bit of a gap in the market and filled it with this. Never realised the GR86 sold out that quickly! You don't see too many Starlets around now eh? The AZ1 is incredibly rare and it was good to see one in the metal. Don't believe i've ever seen one before! The Lupo was a significant car for VW on the styling front at least, it kind of set the standard for VW's styling for a long time but as you say, the Arosa was cheaper but maybe not as good looking, the facelift did a good job to compete against the Lupo though. There's always plenty of variety at Amber's socials.

Video idea: C5 vs Ami drag race! But seriously, wouldn't you love to get your hands on a Microlino for a test drive? I certainly would!

Well, you could manage a drag race in a 30mph limit no problem with the C5 and Ami 🤣 The Microlino looks like a lot of fun! Would 100% give it a go if the opportunity arose!
