As Eamon would say himself, privately, he was more box office, baby, than he was publicly (believe it or not!). You either liked the love and rage mixed with bravado or you didn't. Your interview clips of him, Joe, are gold dust. I haven't met him in many, many years... but I'm told he's become an old loveable softie and has learned to let go of a lot of the bitter stuff. He's that classic mate you love being around for the intensity and insight, but will stonewall you one day, and hug you the next!
@JoeElvis2009 could never see what the fascination was in a failed footballer, all ways came across to me as a prick, but fair play to him he fooled a lot of people with his rubbish and got away with it.
