If you are referring to Miraj the ascension event has been referred to in Holy Quran. The event took place with the will and permission of Allah Swt. Two same events narrated by two different people in the Bible were referred to as contradictions by enemies of the gospel. Why i love the Bible is that nothing is hidden, everything is made public and known. But in the Qur'an, if it doesn't look alike, instead of being fair and truthful, they will call it abrogated or unauthentic.

for avoiding such confusion, we have to focus only on Sahih Ahadees and Quran. No need to read such old saying and stories.

The conclusion is, for those who intrepret the Qur'an without submiting to only Allah, and without only depend on Allah, in understanding an ayat of the Qur'an, they will get confused. Why? Because to Allah belongs the truth of the Qur'an. Those who interpret the Qur'an not in submitance only to Allah, they will be trapped in the superficial meaning of the Qur'an.

The conclusion is no this commentary clearly isn’t true and there’s nothing in The Quran to support the idea that the Earth is being held up by an animal. This belief is clearly unislamic and goes against well documented scientific studies.

To avoid such confusion we should read Sahih Ahadees and Quran.

Myths existed in all cultures and communities including Israelites 🙄...there were many creation myths even before thr revelation of Torah and they should be studied against the background of the myths current in the Orient at different generations, as well as the ancient epic poems of the Israelites. For instance the peoples of the East used to tell many stories about the battle waged by one of the great gods against the deity of the sea. Mesopotamian mythology described in detail the combat of the creative god against "Tiamat" and his ultimate victory over her. Similar myths were known to the Canaanites. As for the Israelites, it is clear from many allusions in the Bible, as well as from a number of legends in rabbinic literature, that there had existed among them an ancient poetic tradition that told of "Rahav" רַהַב‎ the lord of the sea, who opposed the will of God and would not confine his waters within given limits, until the Holy One subdued him and slew him and fixed a boundary for the waters of the sea that they should never pass (Rahab appears in Psalm 89:11, Isaiah 51:9-10, and Job 26:12). Here there is no trace of war between the gods as related by other myths, but only the revolt of one of the creatures against his Creator. That said, the underlying thought of Torah is: Far be it from you to think that the sea is endowed with an autonomous divine power that fought, as it were against the Creator of the Universe. The point is again these myths existed and were circulated even in Isaerite communities which were in the Levant and Arabia region. There is considerable evidence of Jewish communities bringing Eastern folktales in Europe.
