I don't have one specific favorite cheese. I love feta, blue cheese, gorgonzola, gruyere, oh and I do like Swiss specially on chicken cordon bleu which I have not had in about 30 years probably. Thank you for this recipe and reminding me how easy it is to make. Take care and be healthy
I love these. By the way I made the Creamy Chicken Bacon Pasta. I didn't have the Spinach or regular tomatoes but i did have Sun-dried tomatoes which I used instead. I should have used more but I plan on getting the regular tomatoes next time. I also used thighs cause I ran out of the other. Swiss & Mozzarella cheese is my favorites.
I remember how good that Bacon wrap chicken was you cooked. Didn’t think anything could top that off but I think this chicken recipe will win hands down. Thanks for bringing wonderful meals to us each week. 😀
This would make a great Christmas Eve dinner. I also love chicken Kiev which in my mind is similar to the technique of cooking chicken cordon bleu just a different fillers.
