Thank you very much for sharing this..I have seen people playing harmonies in right hand and always been confused how they figure out which notes other than the melody notes to play. Thank you is all I can say. I have been studying piano for a year and had no clue why melodies where played the way they are played, with this video I understand everything. Maybe I'll have to work in the inversions tho lol, they are complicated to improvise and to coordinate with the left hand at the same time thinking.

The explanations are just beautiful. Though very basic without ingesting these fundamental harmonizing ideas, building up your skill won't be complete. Thanks for sharing such nice concepts👍👍

Wow fantastic tutorial: this presents a whole new musical paradigm that will open up a whole new world to playing piano from fingering, hand positioning, arpeggiating to developing chords, harmonization, reharmonization, transposition and improvisation. It makes so much sense and it is so cool that by going down three half steps in a bass note we develop minor seventh chords-this method is even better than counting three half steps, two whole steps and three half steps to form minor seventh chords!!! Do you think this works because it results in using the relative minor in the Bass cleff, therefore this is another use of the relative minor? Do you have tutorials for mastering diminished and half diminished chords and Arpeggios, chord substitutions, transposition and learning to play and improvise with Chromatics and Modes? Thank you so very much for being here for us on youtube as I enjoyed this video very much:) PS: When you harmonized with the A key of the left hand Bass, (creating A minor) with the C Major chord of the right hand, you accidentally called out "C minor" instrad of "A minor seventh chord" while answering questions nearing the end of your video. I know what you meant and hope no one else was confused for we all make mistakes:) This video is so good I am studying it three times over! Thank you:)

Can you please also provide some guidance on harmonizing little more difficult songs (e.g. Can't help falling in love or What a wonderful world or Can you feel the love tonight). For the three songs that I mentioned, I have heard on RU-vid some really beautiful and innovative harmonized versions using Piano. However, just by listening, I am not able to figure out which chords are being played (my limitation, I guess). Some guidance and ideas would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
