In simple terms. The best place to get your start is right where you're at. Dominate in your local area FIRST. Then start to look abroad for opportunities. No need to skip steps.

I’m a senior in high school rn and I have been accepted into university of Cambridge in England. I honestly have only worked so hard so I can play soccer with more opportunities. Do you think I should go abroad or stay local.

The college system in the UK is much different than that of the US. Look at it from the standpoint of what the club/college can offer you. 1. Do they produce other Pro's? 2. What's the level? Will you develop well? 3. Is there staff well connected with Pro Clubs/Academies? Etc...Look at their results and past actions. It will tell you alot.
