Our county requires that we use those paper bags for leaf pick up. That may be the first machine I’ve seen that’s set up to work with those. Definitely a plus there!
There's nothing wrong with a sponsored video. DR is a good brand that makes quality equipment. The videos that annoy me are the knock off Amazon brands that send stuff to people and they never say anything bad about it.
First time home owner here. I now have a semi large yard with a maple tree. My stupid question is can I run over the tiny twigs (less than 1 inch in diameter), in my yard with this or do I need to pick them up before and use the chipper chute. Thanks for any advice.
I wonder how well this does with wet leaves. My trees don't lose their leaves until well into the the rainy season in the Pac NW. It's always a soggy mess to get them raked up.
So far so good with wet leaves. As you can imagine, if they are soaking wet and a few inches thick, it misses some. I have found taking 3/4 passes helps if they are thick and wet.
I have one and it works ok for what we need it for. Question for you: Where did you get the top vent covers? the vents on top create some dust in your face, I would love to get what you have. Can you share some info where did you get them or if you made them, can we buy a set from you? Pls. let me know...
Sure, but it costs you both time. Your time is not worthless, so you can’t call it free. If it takes you 2 extra hours, you can assign a dollar value to that and calculate what the expected ROI on a vacuum like this would be.
