The Mamores are a series of peaks divided by high, hanging corries immediately south of Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain. They are divided from Ben Nevis by the valley of Glen Nevis, and its continuation, the valley of Abhainn Rath and contain ten Munros in total.
Starting with some sightseeing beside Loch Lomond, this short video then features a backpacking trip to the eastern side of the Mamores, a wild camp beside the Abhainn Rath and ascents of three Munros: Sgurr Eilde Mor, Binnein Mor and (not shown in the video) Na Gruagaichean.
