Well... Maybe for YOU. But when you're as much of a super-rich, big-ballin, steady-pimpin mf as ME, $479 is pocket-change. I spent that much on socks, yesterday!! [jk. I'm a broke pleb just like errybody else. Sorry to let you down :(...]
If ya wanna find some Factory honda mirrors for some models, they also are like 300-400€ in my region These ones are definitely pricey, but they are high quality look real good and have some "downforce", even though that might not make a huge difference At the end if the day, why do ya have a "nice good lookin expensive" car? Because ya want to. Same with these
Buys knockoffs: "Any tips for making my mirrors vibrate less?" "Hey I washed my bike and now the anodizing on my mirrors has these white spots? Any tips? preferably CHEAP AND FREE TIPS???" lolllll
I doubted they were CNC'd, but the price checks out. It's funny how machining marks are now seen as a sign of quality. I've spent so many hours trying to eliminate them.
"How much were your mirrors?" "Nearly $500." "Wow! They must give really good vision for that amount!" "Oh...oh I don't actually use them, I keep them flaps-down all the time because... Y'know... GP Winglet look..."
to fix the adjusting em over and over problem you could put a small dot or line on them with a marker when you got them just right, so it'll be easier to put em back in that position
I don't know what bar end mirrors you have used but I get a great view of what's behind me, much better than any mirror mounted in a stock position. With mirrors mounted near the position those are I always have to move my elbows to see. When bar end mirrors are adjusted correctly and not too tiny I don't have to move body parts to see.
I also mentioned how they're not for everybody, can be a bit tricky to flip up and immediately see, and will require additional adapters. Doing my best to be fair brotha
Although Rizoma products are of exceptional quality, their support and after-sales backup do not meet our strict quality standards, so we've had to let them go. A local dealer opting away from Rizoma
Just tested this out on a streetfighter v4. Build quality and finish is exceptional. Adds a whole new level of sexiness to the already beautiful streetfighter. View coverage is about 70-80% of stock, depending on how thick your gloves and bulky your arms are. You will need to fine tune the angle to find the exact sweet spot. You’re able to see what’s directly behind you and the lanes to your left and right (very slight head movement is required). Definitely useable in both day and night.
Well Yammie, based on viewer comments, I think you got your answer as to whether or not you should push unnecessary and extremely over priced add-ons to our bikes
These look amazing! Glad you were somewhat honest in the cons I know that can be hard when a company is sponsoring you or maybe just sending you products I am worried they might be a little too skinny so I might not easily be able to see in them from a quick glance. Also having to perfectly tune them when you flip them into the "stealth mode" each time. I think I might pull the trigger on these :) Edit: Watched some more videos about these and the consensus seems to be they're just too small. If I can't look at my mirrors and immediately get the info I need, I can't justify it. Maybe in the future when my wallet is getting too fat for comfort or these come on sale!
crg arrow bar ends all the way for that bike, or the moto gadget blades. you can see plenty good out of either of those for a 1/4 of the price and they look 10 times better.

Their aliexpress knockoffs are exactly the same albeit they are delivered slowly without a guarantee. For 1/10th of that price, not bad.
I think for $500 they should at least have a zero stop type feature. That way you set a limiter where they flip to rest and they’re always in the right spot.
Hey Yammie, I'd be interested in what you think is the best post apocalyption bike would be? I'd choose a Ruckus! Worst case you can carry it where you need to go, it's quite and easy on gas.
@@yammienoob Awesome, I'll check it out! I'm just about to clear my driveway of snow with my quad and plow, would much rather be riding a bike then pushing snow! Lol. Keep your great videos coming!
Would have been cool if the hinge had a scale number and you just had to remember the number you use on that scale for daily driving instead of when having to rotate it back into mirror mode and then have to adjust multiple times... and hopefully not while you're driving.
I like them. A bit pricey but they are convex and look really good. Maybe my next bike build will get some of those. I like that you actually went and tested them.
When did Yammie become a salesman? They look far to small. They look no wider then stock mirrors which is the issue with most stock mirrors, only able to see your shoulders. Flipping them down anywhere but a track is just stupid.
I think the issue with a lot of stock mirrors is vibration rather than size. These are quality products. Whether or not they are good value is irrelevant as value is subjective.
@@sp00ky1969 I hadn't thought about vibration, that's a very good point. Mine only vibrates at very low speeds and it's not that bad but I have a 125cc, I imagine a bigger engine is going to cause more vibrations.
€400 stealth mirrors are controlled manually 😁🤣 I thought that at a certain speed they would flip over by themselves due to the wind, air, for example at 100km/h and straighten back up when slowing down, this is how it is for €50
Very cool product & I see the appeal but this is classic style over function. I really like Rizoma products but these are just too expensive & impractical to be worth it to me personally but I have no doubt lots of people will understandably love them. Also there are several good bar end mirrors available, including Rizoma's own, but admittedly more terrible ones out there so you need to be careful when choosing as you usually get what you pay for.
I'm in the EU and I found them on Italian website but why Rizoma don't have them on their own Rizoma website?!?! They have the super sport but nothing for naked bikes.
Hey! Please tell me, these mirrors are suitable for a Ducati supersport 950 s motorcycle, the manufacturer claims that they are not, but I thought all Ducati models have the same mirror connectors. If they don't fit, is there any solution? And another question, even if they fit, will the steering wheel block visibility? Thank you in advance for your response. Sorry for my english, used google translate)
I remember seeing these some years ago and i thought it was a decent price but then saw that it was for one single mirror and said fuck that!! 400 for some mirrors is for dummies
A little pricey for me personally. I bought a cheap camera the bluetooths to my phone and use that as my mirror. Let's me get rid of the Shrek ear stock 916 mirrors.
For 500$ you can get a qs, steering damper, slip on exhaust or a new helmet. This is a product that rich kids buy too look like a racer while they get gapped by a kid on a 400 at a track.
I got similar mirrors for $35 and last week I met a guy that got them for $480 😬😬😂😂 not much of a difference at all some liked mines bc of the way they feel I did had to get different screws bc the originals kept getting loose but that was just like a few bucks …
ı need to ask this to some people that has knowledge about motorcycles so why not ask here. What you guys think about Honda Shadow is it good. (i need real opinions bc ı consider to buy one)
This video is an ad for the most ridiculous prices mod I could ever think of. $500 for a slip on is a bit pricey for some and at least that part actually does something. $500 mirrors are a mod that nobody has ever asked for. Swing and a miss papa noob.
got a fake copy of these for $17 and pretty much works the same as the real ones only difference is that the faked does not come with that texture and is rather plain......
