This looks so good !! I don’t think I have had one before. One of my neighbors uses butcher box and says it’s good too. I’ll have to try their meat sometime. This turned out looking so good !! I want to give this a try.

I am so glad I subscribed to your channel! Love your recipes (I have been giving away jars of my homemade Mrs Balls). Quick question...we don't have ready to use pie crusts here in rural Spain. What type of pastry is that? It doesn't look like puff...please let me know as I am keen to try this. Tx.

The pastry would be a flaky pie crust so something like this: 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled), plus more for rolling 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces 2 to 4 tablespoons ice water
