Went on an overnight trip to Santa Rosa on Sunday with zero luck on seabass. Had an option to stay on for the next day but declined and of course the next day the boat catches 56 ghosts😂

i thought i recognized that coastline, i've actually been fishing out in almost those exact spots i think. I caught a 30" right outside the harbor early july (and then got skunked last week)

Are you snap mounts and they are fantastic. Pretty strong magnets and It allows you to move it from your chest to a pole so easily

I don't like the idea of using trap rigs for WSB. It makes sense for slow chewers like halibut but not for the ghost. The hot ticket for WSB down south are Hook Up plastic swimbaits.
