It’s insane how they’ll continue to fight tooth an nail to try an literally kill someone they know is innocent just because they don’t want to admit that they got it wrong. I have no idea how they can sleep at night.
@@Jambiiiii they dont know he's innocent? Lets not forget hes a illegal, coked up and covered in the victims blood. "Clearly innocent" its not clear at all, its anything but clear.
dagnut I guess I wasn’t really clear but I wasn’t talking about the original trial. It deff didn’t look good for him when all of it first took place. I was referring to the fact that when he got a new trial an they were presented with all the evidence that pointed to him being innocent. They were still coming after him trying to not let the conviction be overturned.
@@jamesmccool9536 Well James , they can't just test every piece of evidence? In Trump's America there isn't enough of a budget in PDs all over the states.Trump took all the money out of those places and put it into education and community centers in poorer communities . I can't wait till Biden becomes president and reclaims the Democrat Plantation and readjusts the scales of justice in favour of the master race.
@@ryanwatson4891 what do you mean by false emotions? for me personally it just intensifies my emotions, so it doesn't trigger false emotions but my real emotions in a more intense way
I was one of Clementes penpals from the UK. I never once doubted his innocence. I will treasure his letters and beautiful artwork he drew for me forever. He taught himself English in prison with a dictionary, and also taught himself how to draw. He is such a brave, humble man who will be in my heart forever. We love you Javi! 💗🤗
Have fun defending rapists and murderers and getting people out of convictions so they can go out and victimised people. Most people convicted are guilty. This guy is an exception
@@gin5sey chillllll just because most cases are true doesn't mean that the innocent minorities dont need defending I completely understand your point but dont attack the guy for wanting to defend the innocent hes job is still needed so try be a little empathetic imagine if defence attorneys weren't a thing and your immediately found guilty of anything your accused of the world would be a far worse place
It’s great to know these Attorneys are using their education, stature and ability for something far more rewarding than merely seeking financial gain and power.
They're outnumbered by an insane margin by bloodthirsty judges and prosecutors who just want a high conviction rate. We're losing the war for civility on so many fronts, it's disheartening. Good stories are good to hear. But they are also a Stark reminder of how the system is failing the people.
@@davidpierce8942 Yeah it killed over 100 million innocent people this last century, Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot etc. These lawyers that seek justice for the innocent are fighting a noble fight but I'm not sure that lawyer would have fought just as hard and cried over a wrongly convicted Trump supporter. Also a bunch of these lawyers are actually in ANTIFA helping burn businesses down and destroy cities all over the country. They claim to be fighting for minorities but they don't march in Baltimore and Chicago against black on black crime. They don't decry Planned Parenthood which has exterminated 20 million blacks in 50 years with their facilities strategically placed in black neighborhoods and was founded by a devout racist , Margaret Sanger.
@@thepurgeofdeception438 How much bloodshed is Groucho responsible for? Is it anywhere close to the number of innocent people put to death by the American court system? Yeah, I didn't think so! Oh! That's we were talking about. Innocent people on death row! For some fucking reason, you mentioned Trump and ANTIFA and Planned Parenthood like that has anything to do with anything! Thanks Captain Buzzword! Nobody forgot what we were talking about but you! Kamala Harris fighting to uphold shit convictions by blocking DNA testing because DAs just want Ws, bogus science still used in our court system, Ron DeSantis being a piece of human garbage, people paying for our shit court system with their lives. There. In case you needed a fucking recap!
Can you imagine how many people already have died in prison for shit they havent done and others who are still in prison for shit they didnt do? Theres literally been cases of police torturing ppl into confessions of shit they didnt do cuz they were that afraid of wat the police were doing to them. All they care about is pinning shit on someone they dont even do their due dilligence to make sure there isnt any fuck ups its sickening
I'm not crying, just got something in both my eyes.. but its these stories that keep my faith in humanity. this attorney deserves nothing but respect 🙏🏼
I remember crossing the rio grande when I was 6 years old. Being the only kid there and getting separated from my grandpa for months was very scary. I will never forget my that part of my childhood. And joe Rogan love your compassion man!🙏🏿
He’s really ramping up his programming considering his Spotify deal starts here in a few weeks, and will be moving to texas... I can’t wait to hear 100% unedited not worrying about being demonetized censored and probably will be able to bring on some crazy guests.. I can’t wait, RU-vid and iTunes is shit, May their slow demise continue
The beauty in every aspect of this clip is unparalleled. This project, this case, the storytelling, the emotional reaction of both of these incredible men recanting this poor mans case; all so beautiful.
Had the honor of meeting Clemente, one of the most gentle and humblest human beings I’ve ever encountered. The Innocence Project is hands down the most important criminal justice organization in the world. Please support!
That's very cool! I was just wondering, do you know of any way that I could possibly get in contact with him? I would like to write him a letter and show my appreciation for his story. I tried to get in touch with Josh Dubin, but so far he has not responded.

Amazing fucking story. Very heartfelt and sincere. As a Honduran American I thank you for helping this man. You have literally given him a second chance at life. Two fucking thumbs up!!
@@MrSuperman957 lmao America is 1000x better than any country that migrants flee from, nobody is fleeing America, even the people who hate America won't leave it
@@MrSuperman957 Obviously I am a patriot, but the fact of the matter is there are few countries that guarantee as much freedom as the US does. Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right to protest, right to criticize the government, right to bear arms, no matter what your race, gender, religion, ethnicity or creed is, you can still do great things if you put the work in, there's only a handful of countries that have those same freedoms. In America, the government fears the people, which is great for a free nation. Obviously there are flaws, but there is no place I'd rather be, coming from the son of immigrants from both Colombia and Germany, we're definitely happy here
Wow, this video hit home for me. I was raised in the states, came here at the age of 3 from Uruguay. I’m 23 now, and have dealt with troubles like this too. Over minimal stuff, just weed and getting caught drunk. I paid my bail from county, then ICE picked me up right after I was released. I spent sometime with ice where after 2 1/2 months given a bail of $9000 at court. My family and I paid it, I was getting released from ICE when they detained me again because they said I skipped my court date at county, but I was locked up with immigration. Finally after a week the sheriffs picked me up and took me back to Lackawanna county in Scranton PA( PA is the worst place to get arrested in as an immigrant), After getting to court in Scranton I was released, the story still goes on after. This video was amazing, life is not easy for immigrants. Thanks for publicizing this Joe, you’re the man.
I loved a class trip to Uruguay in 2004. Most of the people were very kind and welcoming:. I loved drinking maté with new acquaintances. Some day I really want to go back. But living for 2 weeks as a tourist is a different experience than living there as a resident. I hope life is easier going forward for you. I wish the whole US would see you as an American. A 21 year old who comes to America at age 3 should be considered just as American as an 18 year old born to U.S. citizens.
A coyote will not help you cross the border, A coyote will smuggle you for a fee off 1000.00 to 3500.00 a head. For the right price as they say, he will smuggle you and if your a female , volunteer to impregnate you against your will. Depending on your looks. Its all human trafficking .
Noah C a mechanic will not help you fix your car. He’ll charge you money and possibly scam you and make the problem worst. No ones saying it’s a positive experience or something that should be celebrated, but in simple terms a coyote does help you across the border, and it’s much more expensive now try 10-15k for one that knows what they’re doing.
In a society where lawyers compete with roaches for real estate these two individuals are a glimmer of hope. Not just for lawyers but for all of humanity.
This is the kind of stuff that makes me respect Rogan for allowing these kind of stories out there. Makes me feel like there are still good people out there.
@Iain Bailey actually it seems far more probable that you are the ignorant one, from telling the OP who was already clearly not being optimistic not to be, to then putting words in people's mouths. No one said the dude almost being put to death was the saddest thing in the world. In fact no one but you mentioned him at all, the post was about all the people who were wrongly put to death. As for all the completely irrelevant shit you bring up about other countries, that's a typically ignorant response. Someone says something is bad, ignorant person responds with something unrelated that is worse as though it proves a point of some kind.
@Iain Bailey interesting way of thinking about things. On par with "how dare you complain about something, there are people in Africa that are starving right now!"
Don't need to imagine..... I live in Texas. The death certificates of people executed in my state list the cause of death as homicide and lists The People of Texas as responsible.... So if you live in a state with the death penalty whether you agree with it or not.....your a mass murderer ....that's fucked up
Everytime Joe Rogan cries........it rains in the desert....side note: I swear when i first seen the dude on the left i thought it was Ray Ramano with facial hair
This is insane. They need to start charging judges and prosecutors who illegally do things like this. The only way to deter those who value their records over human lives.

Joe, you have a great heart, God Bless you! Many thanks for your guests Mr. Dubin and Mr. Flom, you guys are an inspiration, may God bless you both. I'm without words, but ty ty ty!
These guys are my new heroes. I'm trying to help a young man that got 75 years for an Aggravated Assault charge. He committed a crime, but not what they claim he committed. From the jump, everything that could possibly be wrong with a case exists here. I'm a nobody with no law background & zero connections, but I have to believe that this level of injustice cannot continue in this country of ours. Thank you, Joe.
I shouldn't be telling you this, but - "I shouldn't be telling you this, but" - is one of the best lines, but it's pretty slimy and manipulative to use just to get someone to listen to you.
You guys are incredible human beings. When there is so much bad in the world you guys remind me of why humans can be the most amazing group of atoms the universe has to offer. Stay strong, keep grounded and truly know that you are hero's. Thank you for letting me share this planet with you. Navy Vet.
It’s hard for me to “get into” stories and feel passion but I really felt for Clemente and these guts trying to help him. We need to help free more people like him all over this country. What is the organizations name?
pretty powerful to see this actually. I swear some of those insecure dudes in the comment talking about how Joe only cries because he's on roid need to get a hobby
Exactly. I whole heartedly appreciate a man with the mental strength to feel deep compassion. The fact that Joe could have the guys talking about him crying on the floor in .5 seconds is funny tho lol.
