This is one of the best series I’ve watched on any platform in ages. Thank you so much for this I love it.

This series has left me speechless. From the amazing story to the way you played the game, it's left me floored. Thank you for giving us these long episodes, this game def deserved it. You're the best!

The creator talked about this game recently. Was going to be 3 games, and the hordes were goin to get smarter, more civilised, and able to use weapons. I still cant believe it got cancelled. Really is one of the best story and charactor driven game.

I just wanted to say how much this series meant to us Fooster. For me, I haven’t been hooked to a series in a long time. When this came out a while back, I tried watching it, but the way they approached and played the game didn’t resonate with me until you came along. The way you were enthusiastic about the characters, the game, even the interaction with the Freakers and Wolves started infecting me with enthusiasm. Your fears about Boozer and Sarah dying were my fears, your happiness when you got the doggo for Boozer was my happiness. Your sadness when the series was over was my sadness. I guess my analogy ends with this. You’re the driver that takes the rest of us for a ride in a game. Although we might not control the wheel, we keep the driver company as well as enjoying the sights alongside our driver. Thanks for being one of our best drivers. If there’s a Days Gone 2, you bet that I’m going to take shotgun.

I don't want this to end. I've never looked forward to a series as much as this one. Until you did videos on it, I had not heard of this game before. Nothing has come close to hooking me in like you have Fooster. No TV, Movie, or any other RU-vidr. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for giving me something to look forward to. I think many of us could have gone out of our way to just watch a "gameplay movie" of this game, but watching you play and enjoy this game, and having us along for the ride made this series just so much better. Yep, when I thought Boozer was killed, I felt like I was punched in the throat. You know that lump that you get in your throat that hurts when you are just gutted? Yeah, I literally started crying. THEN, I started bawling when I saw he was ok. I have never watched or played a game that has hit me in the feels like this one! Now I know no one will probably even see this post but I just felt like I needed to say the following: *To Fooster,* I don't know if you'll see this but thank you. Thank you so much for trusting us enough and uploading these longer videos. I hope you continue to do so and even upload yourself doing exploration of the map and side missions. *To Fooster's fans,* thank you for supporting him and letting him know you love his longer videos. I don't think I could have handled these videos if they were only 1 hour long lol. Cutting the video's down to an hour would not have done the game justice, imo. *To the DEV's,* please please please make a Days Gone 2 (and 3 hehe). This game is unlike anything I have ever seen or played. It was beautifully written and the graphics were stunning, especially for a game this old. You guys did everything right in Days Gone. Unlike other's, I for one would LOVE to see a continuation of all of the main characters (including Weaver's) storyline. I would love it if Deek and Sarah had a baby and how that would be so different than just protecting each other. Even giving birth in that world would be so difficult. Thank you Fooster, again. 😊

This was beyond the best series you have produced, I felt every emotion, I can barely sit through a movie but my eyes were glued to these videos no matter the length. I'd actually love to see you do a RDR2 story series, that will forever be my number one game, and it always rips my heart out no matter how many times I play it but I would love to experience it through your eyes. You're doing a perfect job with these long plays, I don't mind the "no commentary" but with some people I enjoy hearing the player talk about their experience and how they are enjoying it. But a lot of them are over the top with stuff and it can take you out. You got the perfect balance there mate and I hope you do it with more games.

So sad this series has ended especially with that ending and no sequel! These kind vids help so much been going through it lately with hospital appointments and pain, similar to what you had with stomach problems so thank you for distraction and the laughs

That was absolutely amazing. Nobody and I mean nobody tells a story like Fooster. Even though it was somebody else's story, the way you interacted with all the characters, making yourself interact as a friend to deacon instead of actually being deacon just kept me immersed the entire time which made me care about each and every individual situation as if it was something that was happening around me instead of just on a TV screen. Fooster, I CANNOT WAIT for your next story!!! I would like to recommend FarCry 5. I'm sure you've already played it but I would be ecstatic if you were to play it again and take us along for the ride, retelling the story as only you can do.

Dude, your playthroughs are superb. One thing I noticed is that you immerse into the game to levels I have never seen any other YT creator do. It reminds me of how I used get immersed in my favorite computer games 20 years ago when I was a kid. I would come up with my little head cannons for parts that were not implemented in game, would always try to reunite characters even if game offered no scripted content for that. Sadly, I've lost that, but watching you has brought up those old memories.

My wife is sitting here on facetime while we watch, explaining to her sister how we just watch the whole thing over the last weeks and the story and everything. So good Foos, great stuff.

Thanks for this Series, it’s been fantastic. When I was a kid I’d sit and watch my dad play games like this and watching you play games takes me right back to that time. I now live 500 miles away from my folks and my dad is going through some health issues but I’ve enjoyed the escape watching your videos provide me.

Its been sooo long since I've watched someone play a story driven game, and even though I've completed the game way back, I really enjoyed watching you play. I see a lot of youtubers play games but the way you did this is just TOP NOTCH. Yes the game is great and one of the best story driven games. But I LOVED HOW YOU PLAYED IT. LOVED HOW U ACTUALLY CARED FOR THE STORY. I loved how u would just stop just to not interrupt a dialogue, or how u just listened to the dialogues. For a game I can't believe how much emotional content you put on the hero and his enemies...you can tell you were very much involved because as you got further into the ark you got alot quieter, loved the whole journey and the way you so much enjoyed killing scuzzo with your bare hands.

Glad to see this game getting more and more recognition. I bought this on ps4 on release and fell in love with it, never understood the criticism. Just as you said, it captured my heart and everything is memorable about it. The team that made this really should see how much of a positive impact this has had.

I know I'm late to the party, but I want to thank you for giving this game a chance when others wouldn't, and praising it the way you did. It went unter A LOT of people's radars. Its launch was fraught with problems, sure, but at its core it's a very emotional, lovingly crafted story with relatable characters in the lead that we don't see, not only not often, but NOT AT ALL these days... A story that deserves to be heard, deserves to be enjoyed, deserves to be 𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘵... and I was smitten by it at least as much as you were. Thank you for showcasing Days Gone to your audience and awakening their interest in this kind of storytelling. My hopes for a sequel have long since been buried, but I appreciate you giving people a glimpse of the ambitious glory that was Days Gone, and the potential it could have been.
