Dates have fiber and other nutrients. According to Qurann, when the Virgin Mary “Maryam” in Arabic, gave birth to Jesus, Issa in Arabic. God/Allah instructed her to eat dates. Saffron was the viagra for the; Sultans, Caliphs,Shahs and the super rich in the old days. Today, it is available for everyone. In HOT weather wearing pants is sweety. Dish dasha is cool as it lets air in from the bottom. That is why women in the west get so many infections in their private area for wearing pants 👖.
