The actual fact that Goku was shocked the most because even after hearing Vegeta and Gohan as SSJ4s couldn't do anything against Xicor but instead was really shocked Broly didn't make a dint. He even knows Broly isn't a SSJ4 yet he made him out to be strongest and there last hope just imagine Goku trained Broly in The Time Chamber.

I had recently finished Toyble/Toyotaro’s rendition a few months ago and was saddened that it ended so abruptly. Just finished this whole thing and I have to say, this is very satisfying. Your storytelling was great and the art was fantastic. A more than worthy successor to the story of AF

1:04:58 so far my only problem with the continuation of this fan manga is that in the first 4 chapters it was stated that a specific light was needed for the resurrection of the dragonballs. More specifically super saiyan light. It was also stated that 7 super saiyans were needed for the ritual. They had 6 saiyans which were Vegeta Gohan Trunks and Goten. Then bra and pan were shown be able to go super saiyan as well so that made 6. They planned to revive Broly which would make the 7th super saiyan light they needed. It seems like that knowledge went out the window and resurrecting Broly wasn't even necessary if they were gonna have Krillin who is an earthling in his old age, and Uub, be part of this ritual instead of Pan and Bra. Aside from that I've always enjoyed this fan series and am grateful for the continuation even if it isn't Toyotaro. After typing out that paragraph I'm realizing that the author of this continuation most likely forget that important detail but this still a masterpiece.

I really wish they made a series like this with Broly training and actually protecting Earth until Goku comes back. He would protect the Earth only so he could fight Goku. Imagine how much of a story you could make like this since Broly here is actually showing emotion and actual feelings and like a normal Saiyan not just a massive brute. He knows he needs to train and obtain SSJ5 so he actually is been smart and using a concious by agreeing with Goku to come back next time and fight him. Please make this happen GOD MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!!!

Love the arc being finished. Xicor sounds like Roman Reigns smashing people. Only complaint is why was the 7 Super saiyans plot dropped? Toyble's AF mentioned they needed to review Goten and Broly in addition to Pan and Bra being Super Saiyans in order to summon Goku.

When, after his transformation into Super Saiyan 5, Goku attacked Xicor with a type of Ghost Fist I started to imagine. What if it were possible to create psi avatars that interact with this reality just as if it were genuinely a physical being? The ability to project not only the one avatar but several while retaining complete control over each individual unit. Wouldn't THAT be fun?!

@@FinalFantxsy According to that specific lore in post GT, the DBs needed 100 years before they could be usable again but apparently if you have 7 Super Saiyan's, they can purify them completely but you need one for each orb.

This story is dope only thing I would nitpick is the amount of dialogue. At some points it felt very repetitive and especially during some of the fight scenes. I was getting into the fight just for more dialogue

You know that they needed only saiyans to restore the dragon balls, right? That's the only reason why they revived Broly in the first place. They needed 7 saiyans, but they had only 6, that's why they revived broly...

Yes Dragon ball AF will continue, It's scale perfect with DB Super. Broly vs Goku is exactly what SUPER is setting up for. Now we may get a revamped story. But DBS is trying to combine DBZ and GT. It's why Super is setting up both Goku and Vegeta to have SS5. Just have to let them put it together after Frieza dies. Great story. Takes me back to my 14yr self. Great Job

Goku and Vegeta get flicked like a booger at least one time per new enemy. Their energy gets stronger but their body stays the same. Doesn't that mean they get flicked further each time. I think I now understand why Goku can instant transmission in between planets.

I've been wondering if this version of Goku reached an ultra instinct level of power or higher like Omni Goku and fused with the other Goku of equal power what the transformation would look like and the power level. Would they look universal like the Omni Kings or something else closer to the truest Saiyan form which has yet to be seen. Anybody like to weigh in on this?

I think a good grounding would be dragon ball z absolan! As it is kinda a more definitive example of what GT + super would look like context wise. I believe this goku would have definitely have mastered ultra instinct and the super Sayien god but I think he would ultimately end up leaning more towards his raw ozuru power since it’s relatively within their nature. It would be cool to see if this is something that gets brought into discussion in later arcs of super as I think it was slightly hinted at the end of the gas arc as bardock was mentioned to be using his raw strength.
