Nice video with some good tips i agree for sure on a vacuum sealer of some type ive been using a zip lock branded one for 2 or 3 years now and haven't had any issues we put up about 200 pounds of deer a year and use if for store bought goods to, and I also agree some decent cheap grinder for 40 or 50 bucks will basically last forever if you take care of it. I don't make much sausage so I hope you make some videos about that I personally coarse grind everything but backstraps and tenderloins and mix the coarse ground deer with beef tallow pork tallow or just store bought hamburger meat saves alot of money each year because we don't go to the store for hamburger meat ever. Also a must have for me is those big foil roaster pans when I'm grinding
