Most of the ways you can die in The ER: Patient Typhon and its DLCs. I'm pretty sure there's a death or two I've missed (especially with a "Got Killed" achievement missed) but this should be good enough for now.
I've been meaning to play this game for a while and although there are annoying features (that constant stomach grumbling and slow movement/sprint speed being the biggest ones) it's got some good horror-ish atmosphere. Looking forward to their next game Anglerfish after playing the demo.

@Chair_Gaming True, and realistically speaking, you can’t get impaled by a hook by walking to the side it either.

If you haven't already done a death review on Steam, we expect it now. :) Not to be an a-hole, but unless you did it on purpose then you are missing a death. (There is a death in Heinrich Heyder's secret room.) Otherwise, a very well done death video. Thank you for dying in our game. - John & Maria (PS we are working on new ways for you to die in our upcoming game, Anglerfish.)

I suspected I did miss a death and always appreciate people pointing them out, so no worries. Depending on what I missed I'll sometimes do a missed death(s) video as some games can have some really obscure deaths. Looking forward to trying to compile deaths in Anglerfish. But joke's on you, I could still pet the dog by saying "No" to wishlisting the game before dying! :)

Without arms to fight back, the main character dies slowly with no means of fighting back. That’s my worst fear

Oh my freaking GOD I've been waiting for this since the game came out and not a SINGLE FREAKING PERSON has posted this for whatever reason despite the last several years! You are my absolute go-to man for death scenes!!!

Thanks for your kind words! I thought that kind of strange too and after playing the Anglerfish demo this was something I had hoped to get to sooner rather than later. I guess I thought the game was longer than what it was as looking for deaths can take a good while to try and be sure you find as many of them as possible.
