The Ethnic Serbs Wanting To Return Home To Croatia (2000) 

Hello? I'm from so called "Krajina". I was born in 1984, I'm a Croat, all my neighbours were Croats, all the kids I played with were Croats. In 1991 we were forced out of our homes by Serb terrorists. I spent the best years of my childhood as a refugee. In 1995 when our village was libarated, our house was still standing thankfully, almost 90% of them were untouched. Walls repainted even, my father who fought to free our village claimed there were people living there in our home. A family of 4 they moved in after we were kicked out. And so I hear about the huge exodus of Serbs out of Krajina, but never about how 70% of them only arrived once JNA with the full support of Serbian Terrorist Chetniks stole the land and threw Croats out or killed. I do not hate serbs. Even tho I have every reason to for robbing me of my home and childhood. I atleast got a happy ending as everyone of my family was alive and my father only suffered a minor leg injury, luckier then most. Also I love to thank Austrians for standing with us when NATO and US totally threw us under the Serbs unarmed. And the lady who me and my mum stayed with. She was very kind and all Austrians were to us. Me and my wife still visit them and are lifelong friends.

Knin bio u Kraljevini Hrvatskoj glavni grad ,a ovi ga probali uzeti. Mislili da ce moci tako lako na kraju smo ih bez tenkova porazili. Toliko o toj jakoj vojsci. Zelim svu srecu i zdravlje pametnim Srbima tj. onima koji ne sire sovinizam ili nacionalizam kao neki sto su to radili 90-ih.

Serbs in Krajina were offered self-government authority and their own currency by the Croatian authorities, which are in practice a country within the country to avoid conflict. Serbian leaders in the Krajina were not interested, they armed their civilian population and started an armed rebellion instead, to make a great Serbia. Some Serbs refused to be part of this and chose to be on the Croatian side, they live peacefully in Croatia all years and have no problems. 10,000 Serbs fought on the Croatian side against Milosevic and they receive a war pension in Croatia and have all the rights like everyone else!

In 1988,1989,1990 the people of “krajina” was scraming “this is Serbia”.in 1991 they get weapons from Serbia and attac his croat naigbours.from 1991-1995 they do ethnic cleansing of Croats from Croatia! In 1995 they run away to Serbia. Ofcourse,there is a lot of people who have nothing to do with all that events. I hope they learn something from all that things.

Didn't they fight CROATIAN SOVERAIGNTY for THEM BEING SERBS?; well now THEY ARE WHERE THEY CAN BE SERBS, SERBS IN SERBIA, Not in HRAVASTKA

Can you make documentary about Croats who were killed in Vojvodina so that other Croats were forced by Serbs to leave Vojvodina.

As far as I know they weren't forced out of Croatia. They left by their own choice. And some have come back after the end of the war

What did you do to them in ww2?

As bizarre as it sounds these people are my kin and I identify as an Albanian Muslim. They share the same surnames as most of my relations. Yes I'm related to Popovic's, Bogdanovic, Jankovic, Djokic and so on. It's a tragedy to think that religious differences are responsible for dividing a mostly indigenous people's who are genetically similar. Our great great great grandparents must be turning in their graves knowing their sons are killing each other.

Nikad više ni tzv republike srpske ni tzv republike srpske krajine.Uskoro krećemo u oslobađanje Bosne i hercegovine a onda i na granice Zemun,Boka i Trst.

Ista smo gamad čim nakon ovoliko patnje s obe strane nismo svatili da to nije dobar put.
