Maybe because it slowly overtook her over time as apposed to Cub’s sudden transformation? Like she’s gradually become one with the skulk rather than it just fully taking over?

The fog does have a lot of of lost spirits, so surely some of those spirits are more evil than others. They probably got possessed by two different spirits I’m guessing. Cub probably got possessed by a trickster spirit that just likes starting chaos for fun. Shelby on the other hand was probably possessed by a much stronger and eviler spirit with more serious evil intentions.

Yeah! I was curious what would happen if she let Xornoth get to her. It seems she did, but only in another life 1,000 years later, where Sausage Supreme, originally created by Xornoth, convinced Shelby to give in to a new corruption.

The french-speaking demon is sausage with a voice changer I can tell when fwip showed up it was almost like sausage turned the Distortion levels on the voice changer down just a tad and it was just enough for me to hear the tone of voice.

I haven't seen a lot of people mention this but during Skulk Shubble's rant about her empire she talks about how it's going to be stronger then it has been in a thousand years and then goes on to talk about addressing her as a King and so a thought popped into my head. Is it possible Shubble is being possessed by a previous ruler of the evermoore? If so is that why she's so determined to make her empire so strong? Because for what I shall dub as 'the king' watched it fall? This is just a little fun theory honestly! It'd be interesting if Shubble was being possessed by a previous ruler and that's why she's so determined to make her empire so strong while under the influence of the skulk.

I think it would be so cool if the traditional ending where either Shelby overcomes the skulk or the skulk Shelby isnt what happens. That instead the two struggle for control over the one body, but in the end resolve to share the body. I imagine the relationship changing from a "parasitic" to a "symbiotic" one. Shelby would become much more powerful cooperating with the Skulk that if it were just the skulk or just the Witch in charge. She would also get a cool skin update with one eye normal and one skulk :)
