I followed his Akumu guide and finished in 13hrs. That’s how helpful his guide is. However, I still died 242 times. 😆 I swear the counter is fucked up because I really don’t think I died that many times.
Hussein Adel Holy shit.. When u realize the section in the house the most terrible checkpoint in the game , all you NEEDED to do there was to bait 2-3 ghouls to follow a merry-go round with u till Joseph opens the door ...Wow,just wow.
There are a couple of spots where he cheesed the game though, and one spot one where he skipped a sequence of enemies. I think cheating the game is unfair, but other than that, he's incredibly good.
In order to do this like you did, I would have smashed: · 50 controllers · 7 TV's · A couple consoles · A few metal objects with A baseball bat · I also would have probably hurt myself by accident numerous times What I'm trying to say is fantastic job, I could never achieve your level of playing ability. I would likely get carpal tunnel way before I could do something like this.
You gotta have balls of steel to beat this game the way you did. I was really into the game - unlocked every single achievement, but boy was it hard. Nicely done!
Killed that intro area to the first gate. Wish I knew some of those strats for my Akumu run, that was honestly one of my most hated parts of the entire run!
@@Hollow_98-l3d how is this game on casual difficulty. Is it slightly more forgiving or is it really tailored for people like me who can't handle such brutal games. I hope casual means casual.
Thank you for this video. I used it as a guide for my akumu + it is what it is walkthrough. Of course I didn't finished it within 5 hours and I certainly died... A lot. But now im ready for my last run on casual with all my stats and weapons fully upgraded for the Quick and the dead. Hope the worst part is over.
BTW, the reason why I decided to use a speedrun guide instead of a collectible one is because I needed to avoid any unnecessary fights for amo conservation. So this worked well
I have this different feelings about Evil Within. As a game I like it, really really much. The living nightmare in which hero is trapped, opponents, maps ... but there are some basic design flaws, which makes this game enjoyable only when You know how to play it (first playthrough was sometimes not-a-good experience). And here, I watch how You play, how You understand aspects of this game. This is good to watch. Fun to watch. Makes me want to play it again :-) Just wondering - how was Yours first experience with this title?
if u ask me this game doesnt quite deserves the hate that has got. Sure, the graphics are discent and the protagonist boring but i dont think this is something that should stop us from liking this game. Personally, i dont mind the fact that it doesnt act like a horror game nor that they basically put different designs from other games in this one (pyramid head - safe head). I was looking for a fun-challenging survival game and i got it. I 100% assure that all these issues will be gone with the releash of the upcoming sequel.
Brooooo!!! Really Amazing your mode Game...really AMAZING. YOUR GUIDE IS REALLY GOOD! Thanks for that. I'm finish the mode AKUMU Normal Mode, no New Game, Only for your GUIDE. Thanks!!! And again thanks for your Help.
Congrats man! I always feel like when I join your streams something goes wrong so, in a way I'm glad I wasn't there to witness this :P Good job though, looking forward to you smashing EW2 when you've finished the story playthrough :D
I want to be this skilled. It took me a whole day to beat Laura in chapter 10 the first time I played it. Currently on my second playthrough, trying to work my way up to Akumu mode.
Apparently you can get damaged without dying in Akumu. When you're near a door and an enemy slams it to enter the room and you get kicked back, you lose a tiny amount of health, so you won't die. Ruvik did it to me on ch.9.
Amazing run but I lose it everytime you punch the air to move faster during those playable cutscenes lol I could just imagine her in real life "This place is necessary for you...your punching the air! You need help sir!" Cheers!
watching you beat ch 10, this game is so perfect. I hated that section, but the design is fing brilliant if you know what to do. Still need good execution but damn. Also, didn't know you could ice the traps. Nice.
I sent two red gels through the marrow, you must not have got em. They prolly were hid somewhere by some dumb zombies or something. Sometimes I stealth kill sloppy, so I shot em, But anyways fuck it, I got the green gel what’s the problem. I got some ammo too, sometimes i need the powder, Cuz I’m crafting in the field sometimes I need the extra power.
What happened on 19:25? The guy was glitched?? I will try to platinum the japanese Version and will use some strats ;) Beat the International Version on akumu but it was Hard
Holy shit.. the section in the house the most terrible checkpoint in the game , all you NEEDED to do there was to bait 2-3 ghouls to follow a merry-go round with u...Wow,feel so stupid.
Yeah, but when I do it, the big fat fucks, priests and nuns keep coming through the windows in the first room and if I make it to the second room, they keep falling from the roof like it's FUCKING ZOMBIE CHRISTMAS and the fuckers are jingle-belling my ass! Oh, and they are never knocked down on the ground, and if they do go down, as I go to light them on fire, they magically rise up for a thousand of the second and hit me! I am at 200+ deaths just on this check point, I think I am having a stroke right now! FUCK ME SIDEWAYS!
who knew???? Ruvik is made entirely of red skittles....or possibly Boston baked beans...weird. *Fun fact, it was Ruvic who created the "Ruviks symmetrical three-dimensional shape of wonderment"....but the device was later re-marketed, under the much more consumer friendly name, "Rubik's Cube"*
Great run! I have tried using a few strats of yours which work well. However you have the fighting chance pack and I have to adapt without it. It's a lot more difficult without the incendiary bolts.
So, what is the plot in this game? That the police detective who got called to an emergency was put inside one of those tanks and everything is like an hallucination?
I know you're a speed runner and probably don't care about the trophies lol, but I'm going to use your guide to learn the game, just wondered to the DLC bolts stop you from getting the achievement?
@@JigzawKiller thank you bro, nice job with the guide! I've justed unlocked akumu, sorry to ask such daft questions, but are the enemies stronger/quicker on here? Or is it just 1 hit deaths
@@harrywhite4921 Akumu basically just sets the game to kill you with 1 hit, regardless of what it is. So any hit will kill you. Also enemies are slightly more aggressive and faster too.
Okay but just before the sadist fight the village, how do you already have the shotgun without going to collect it first??? You just kinda, HAVE the shotgun, haha! I'm watching this run for fun but that's just dumbfounded my brain XD
For some odd reason i don’t have my shock bolts yet ? But i have the two from the fighting chance pack. What’s wrong ? If anyone is still watching this video please let me know what i do wrong did i miss picking it up now i have to suffer throughout this run without it . I read somewhere that you have to pick it up in chapter 3 otherwise all hope is lost
I'm planning to use this to help me with Akumu, but I haven't watched the whole run yet. Just out of curiosity, is this a glitchless run? Also, are any DLC weapons used?
The double barrel shotgun is used a couple of times at first ( mostly to kill the chainsaw major ) and that's a dlc starter pack you got from buying the game at launch. I think they still have the special edition, if not you can look it up
