Jesse walked so Bieber could run. Beautiful Soul was eeeeeevrrywhere, I'm from Kansas, car, grocery store, school. He was meant to have a bigger moment than he got in my opinion. "I'm leavin" is still a classic. He has a soulful sueve about him. He did things before social media, it was about community building him up.
He could've been bigger but still could be. His singing voice is better than ever..hell be able to perform in his 40s and 50s and maybe people will catch on

When I was 10 years old, I always went to my YMCA pool to swim. The lifeguard at the pool looked very similar to Jesse. The hair, the eyes, his smile. TELL ME WHYYYYYyyy I marched up to the lifeguard and was like "you look like Jesse McCartney. Do you know who he is?" This man said no, so I sang beautiful soul to him. 😂😂😂 (oh I wish I had that bravery now)

I know the “jokes” about Michael weren’t intentional to be mean or rude about him but he had discoid lupus and vitiligo. He would repeatedly say he was proud to be black in interviews past all the physical differences. He rebranded more to create an entity for himself aside from the Jackson 5 and his father especially musically. Physical differences just happened over time you can see that in the bad and dangerous eras especially how intense his vitiligo and lupus got with the more stress that came with fame from thriller. I love u Keke jus saying I love Michael de Virgo king my ass sensitive when it come to him 😭

Been a fan of Jesse's for over 23 years now. Actually it wasn't his music that caught my attention first, it was his acting. I watched him on All My Children and didn't even know he was a singer until later when I learned he was in a boy band called Dream Street. And then a couple years later after Dream Street broke up he released a little song called Beautiful Soul and performed at a mall near me. So I've been a fan for a long time now.
I absolutely love Camp Rock and the only thing that could have improved it is if Jesse was in it!! So gutted he didn't do it but things happen for a reason. Still love both the Jonas Brothers and Jesse, hope to see them do something together in the future for old time's sake!
I was 5 when Jesse beautiful soul came out and had no idea who he was because I was so young. But i was at my neighbor's house and the 15 year old girl that lived there had his face all overrrr her room. She even had a mousepad with his face on it and I remember thinking, "idk who this is, but he must be HUGE if his face is on a mousepad."
