My favorite Daisy is without a doubt the modern 2002 version! What is yours? Let me know below! Thanks for watching guys! Make sure to subscribe! Cheers!
Donald would probably actually have to be in drag too (at least in cartoons, likely not in the parks). Apparently, quacking isn't something drakes are known to do.
Interesting that the imagineer in charge of Articulated Daisy thought to give her eyelashes right on her working eyelids, but the one designing Articulated Minnie (as I commented on her video) missed this. Watching the two of them together, it's pretty clear Daisy's been endowed with superior eyelash-batting potential.
Love the video! My fav Daisy is the modern one. Quick note, articulated Daisy debuted in 2006 on Feld's Disney Live "Mickey's Magic Show." Rarely used until 2016. Prior to that Christmas show, she debuted earlier that year on "Mickey's Friendship Faire." Hope this helps. Thanks for the mention on the description.
Hi Toast I didn’t think I’d see you here but anyways sadly Disney doesn’t care about Pete it’s a shame and there’s barley any merchandise the only thing I could recently find was a steamboat Pete plush such a shame they should make a costume meet and greet character and more merch.
The 2002 is by sure the better looking. If they can combine that with the articulated movements, I think it will be a nice win win overall. Daisy to me always had a more "expressive" look to her verses Donald. So I think giving her the cartoony look will make her stand out by far.
I never really saw Daisy in Disneyland. We have an old picture Daisy and Donald in a parade. I think it had something to do with Hunchback of Notre Dame because they were dressed in renaissance wear.
Costume? You mean body, right? She and the others ARE REAL; they just lived in a pocket dimension parallel to ours. The last two looks for her, therefore, are my favorite. The articulated versions should be used in meet-and-greets, 'cause I wanna talk to my favorite stars.
I'm a massive Daisy fan, she's duck-tastic! Looking at this from my point of view as an artist, the best is the 2002 version as it's the closest to the beautiful Disney original, in eye structure, expression, prettiness and fluffy shape. The articulated one I don't like seeing the inside bit of the tongue, and the cartoony one of the 90s oddly enough isn't really like her. The early ones are obviously just as you say Donald with a couple of modifications. Really enjoyed watching this.
Without a doubt it's the current version with the articulation. Hoping they bring the articulate version two all the characters, after seeing Mickey at a meet and greet in the latest version the emotional response was overwhelming. So glad that the acquisition of technology that allows them to accomplish this has finally come to pass.
Although I like the modern Daisy, I think my favorite has to be the 1982 one- and that goes for Donald and Mickey and Minnie too. I remember seeing them on all my Disney parks sing-along videos, so they’re very dear to my heart.
I think that there was a problem getting daisy into the parks as often as the other character because whenever I went to Disneyland (in Paris) it was really rare for people to find her and after having 5 days there I only saw her once.
Donald and Daisy are a better couple than Mickey and Minnie. Mickey is nice to everyone, but Donald is a cranky hothead. So seeing him be nice to Daisy is very cute.
Great video. Just one thing, Magica was invented around 1960 and featured in many Uncle Scrooge comics, where she was always trying to get Scrooge's lucky dime.
1972: cute 1978: That odd the baby face daisy 1982: i love the yellow bow 1995: very friendly and Very very very very cute and more cartoony duck 2002: love it 2016: daisy can blick and lip-synce cute 😍😍
Ik I’m extremely late, but the debut of the Daisy Duck articulated head costume was in fact in “Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire” in June of 2016. Great video nonetheless! 👍🏾 Edit: nvm, it was in 2015 in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Hd_2Y29_FLU.html
The 2002 Daisy definitely looks the best, especially because she's wearing two of my favorite colors. :3 I've said this in past videos, but I would love to see you cover Winnie the Pooh's costume changes. Also, do you have any ideas for Disney history videos other than the history of the parks costumes? Not that I don't like seeing the costume history videos. I'm just curious. :)
i know this is a weird request but... how about snow white? i mean yeah shes a face character but shes been around since 1937 and i bet shes had a lot of costume changes. if you want to continue doing fur characters though then i suggest pooh because hes had some... interesting... costumes.

My faverout is daisy in 1972 1978 1982 1995 2002 and the the talking mascot because i have colección of fotos of movies Cartoons and vídeos of charecters
I think they showed a talking daisy in Disney Characters Surprise Shoppers | Disney Side | Disney Parks she wasn't working good so her mouth didn't move and her eyes two. Also another talking daisy showed up on mickey's magic show but she was also not working.
