1:22 "....designed to be operated by human operators....." You don't "operate" aircraft certified under Part 103 or any other "Part". You fly them using the principal of "see and avoid". If you are going to advocate that uninsurable set of 8 spinning meat choppers is intended to be operated autonomously then don't fly it over my house and keep it out of the airspace I fly in. And if you think ADSB is going to suffice as collision avoidance you better think again. There are a lot of Cubs and others running around in the airspce you intend to use that do not have ADSB out.

They say Under 103 they are called vehicles and not an aircraft...no certification is needed neither for the vehicle nor for the "operator"/pilot...

@@electricaviationchannelvid7863 So when this "vehicle" is flying autonomously carrying an "operator" and it bangs into an "aircraft" being flown by a "pilot" flying under Part 91 rules and somebody dies, who get's sued? Opener or the "passenger/operator"? I bet the bicyclist that got whacked by the Wamo in Pheonix wouldn't think much of Opener's un-insurable meat grinder.

@@electricaviationchannelvid7863 You should notify Marcus that the Blackfly is a "vehicle" because he calls it an "airplane" here 0:01 , and here 1:09 , and here 1:19.

@@vaughnbay There is a plethora of naming confusion when it comes to these newish eVTOL flying objects...my suggestion to him would be to call it HKWFO - hardly known whatthe flying object....
