Spain and United kingdom the BEST results that they have had in 20 years!

Was pleasantly surprised by Moldova. I liked their entry but did not think that the rest of Europe would think the same. + They got more points in the televoting than countries that were considered favorites

So happy Serbia got a much deserving voting and place. Also Moldova, such a fun and lively song between a lot of ballads should be appreciated.

Watching Serbia receiving 200+ points and staying in the highest position for a while was priceless. Definitely a highlight of this edition

This ends the myth that no one likes the UK. They won the jury, getting points from countries who never vote for them like Azerbaijan, Czech Republic and Ukraine. On top of that they did very well with the televote gaining 183 points. It just shows that if you have a good song, singer and staging can take you far.

When i saw 439 points of Ukraine i really understood that the other three countries were not going to catch them. After those points the competition was over.

Serbia's entry was so superbe.She came from the future."Jury" didn't recognize it, but ordinary people did.

When Moldova jumped from penultimate to third place I literally screamed

As a Serbian, I thank everyone who voted for us and supported us. I'm not a hardcore fan of the song myself tbh, but she and her crew killed it and made us proud. So heartwarming to see this amount of love and support from everyone.

Serbia's Konstrakta finishing 5th in total votes and United Kingdom's Sam Ryder finishing 2nd overall were the highlights of the night for me! 🥰🇬🇷❤🇷🇸👏🏻👑🧼/🇬🇧❤🚀🧑‍🚀✨

You can see the hosts were so happy when Serbia finally got the point they deserved from the public which made them go to #1.. I literally jumped off my seat when they climbed to #1, I love the song and performance and Im glad they still made it to top 5 despite the few jury votes..

The funniest thing that Rosa Linn received 61 points from jury and public and after ESC she charted everywhere with her song.

Favourites aside, can we just take a moment to appreciate the *many* winners we saw tonight: - Spain getting their best result in almost 30 years with an absolutely world-class performance; - The UK placing second, winning the juries and scoring very impressively with the televote also, after double 0s last year; - Italy, for putting on such an amazing performance as the host nation and scoring the highest among the (many amazing) ballads this year; - Serbia, for cracking the top 5 with such an artistic and avant-garde entry; - Germany, for getting points; - Whatever your favourite is, regardless of the result, for managing to move people from all around the world after all the blood, sweat and tears that went into tonight’s show; - Last but not least, Ukraine, with such a expressive performance that managed to capture the zeitgeist and showed the brave Ukrainians that Europe stands resoundingly with them. - Honourable mention: the conspiracy theorists in these RU-vid comments, for proving that human stupidity knows no boundaries 🤗 Now if you excuse me, I’m going to be curled up in a ball for the next 10-12 months trying to overcome my post-Eurovision depression. I was convinced from the beginning that Ukraine would smash the public vote, but I didn't expect it to be THAT much. maybe 200ish points would be enough, but Europe + Australia thought differently.

Czech Republic had 102 televote points in semifinal, yet in the final they only got 5 points. This contest has a serious problem with the running order. We can't have an entry falling so hard just because the running order.

I'm Spanish and I'd like to say one thing. We might actually have a worse track record in the last 20-25 years than the UK (won in 1997 and got a top 5 result in 2009) and Germany (won in 2010 and got a top 5 result in 2018). Spain's last top 3 result was in 1995, barely two years before I was born, and I have been watching Eurovision since I was a little kid, so in all of these years, I had never watched Spain getting anywhere near the top 3 or the top 5. Hell, our points record was a measly 125 points gotten in 1973, and the time I remember us getting most points was 97 in 2012. So a part of me thought it was physically impossible for Spain to even get 100 or more points, let alone get into the top 5, let alone score a podium. And it happened. It freaking happened. I collapsed when I saw Spain getting more than 200 points from both the juries and televote. Thank you Europe, Australia and Israel, honestly. You gave me the will to live this contest even more from now on. Moldova got the second highest score from the public😍 Juries, go home!

I really like how the Italian hosts spent some kind words for every artist who got a poor result in the televote. I still remember last year with the dutch presenters screaming "let's move on, let's move on", that was a bit harsh. I think the latin audiences really expect a host to be kind and empathetic too. That's why I'm really annoyed by the savage and mean comments made by Graham Norton and many UK viewers towards the hosts. It's not that if something isn't done exactly the way you do it at home, it's worth dissing. For instance, I really found last year's presenters to be quite boring, but I didn't send out mean comments.

For me the shocking televote moments: - how did Australia only get 2 points from televote? 😮 - and Azerbaijan 3 points? (What a voice and performance) - and Czech Republic 5 points? - I was praying for Germany not to get zero point, but sadly he stayed at last place either way - I felt like Switzerland will get zero - I didn’t expect that Moldova will get this high points - Surprised about France too, I think their song is mesmerising and deserved more Congrats to everyone! I love how every year the popular votes are telling: "This is not your random American contest or music award something, this is Europe, we want creativity, we want the beauty of our diversity, sing in your languages, bring on stage your culture and your folklore and do something artful with it!" and yet, each year they keep trying to turn it into a boring american style thing. All the songs were beautiful, but nothing special (exept for Sam Ryder, my winner ❤ ). The most voted every year are the most original and creative, mostly mother language songs: Moldova, Serbia, Ucraine....

🇦🇺Sheldon, who has the most beautiful voice, gets 2 points and 🇦🇿Nadir gets 3 points.... I had the biggest shock of my life at Eurovision. I don't understand how those 2 beautiful voices, 2 beautiful performances get such points. In other words, the representatives who had a good voice and performance did not get a good score😐....

Poor Marius! I'm not a fan of having a camera in everyone's face when they receive low points. It was also visible how disappointed Azerbaijan and Australia were. They didn't do this in 2019 when Germany got 0 televote points. Congratulations to Ukraine for the deserved victory!! Also congratulations to UK and Spain for the best result in years!
