On the first level if you die why don't you just skip? It would be faster than restarting all over

If you make a level that has any kind of trap to kill the player in order to give it difficulty, it's a bad level design. A good level design tests the players' skills with fair challenges that don't require previous knowledge of the level to complete.

All the on screen updates are super annoying
