Julie Freeman is a licensed integrative nutritionist and functional medicine provider with over 35 years of experience. She is certified in mind-body medicine through the Benson-Henry Institute and functional medicine through Functional Medicine University.
Julie's graduate work in mental health led her to establish the first outpatient eating disorder program at McLean Hospital. She has taught at Wellesley College, Babson College, and Salem State University. At Joslin Diabetes Center, she created an interdisciplinary program for diabetic patients integrating multiple disciplines.
Julie has authored three cookbooks and hosts the podcast "Health Shi”F”t." She now partners with Denise Cordero on the online platform Intrinsic Wholeness, combining science and spirituality in healing.

Denise Cordero is a certified Life Coach and healer with over 25 years of experience. She began her career in Healthcare Practice Management but shifted to wellness after facing personal health challenges. Over the past 13 years, she has become a Reiki Master in both Western and Japanese styles and trained in Andean shamanic healing and life coaching.
Denise specializes in helping women heal from trauma. She consults for healthcare practices and offers transformational coaching and energy medicine as a solopreneur. She also hosts the podcast "Diving Deep with Denise," focusing on women's healing journeys. In 2023, she co-created Intrinsic Wholeness with Julie Freeman, merging science and spirituality for holistic healing.
