This is not to compete against each other but to complement each other. No one is superior to one another except those who have more taqwa, which means being conscious of the punishment of Allah throughout your life. However, there's no doubt that Allah has made man responsible and given authority over women, just like a leader leading his people when it comes to succeeding in the test of life and death, which has severe consequences. 🔥 Number 2: When you are influenced to believe that the hijab or niqab is a sign of oppression and weakness. Therefore, when a woman wears them, it may feel oppressive and weak to you. Unless you stop watching content that portrays hijab or niqab as a sign of oppression, you will continue to feel this way, and there's nothing logical about it. 🔥 Number 3: When someone is influenced to believe that Islam burdens women more than men, even if he or she does not believe in absolute equality between men and women. This perception is shaped by influences that portray the responsibilities that God places on women as oppression and frame their rights as entitlement. Meanwhile, the responsibilities of men in Islam, such as providing for the whole family, including his parents, are not seen as oppressive. No one questions why men are being forced to do that. In fact, if they don't or can't, they are considered sinful, cowardly, and not real men, even to the extent that they have to protect their family, no matter if they lose their lives while doing so. So why not be grateful to Allah for once? And indeed, the one who is not grateful to the people is not grateful to Allah, which in this case is man. And how can you thank someone if you are oppressing them by not giving them their right that Allah gave them? 🔥 The Root Cause: These beliefs are the result of multiple factors. Humans have a tendency to follow the majority they are exposed to while inheriting their beliefs. More precisely, they follow the beliefs of their parents and the people they want to spend the most time with, whether through direct conversations or indirectly by observing them, such as celebrities. Your upbringing, education system, media, and the majority you observe, whether in the real or virtual world, have a significant influence on your adoption of these beliefs. 🔥 Fixing The Root Cause: Now let's understand the root cause. Unless someone accepts Allah as the only being worthy of worship and complete obedience and believes in Islam, which is a set of beliefs and commands to live your life revealed by God, then all of the above is meaningless, and you can believe whatever you want and live your life that way. But don't expect anything when you are recreated and raised again apart from the blazing fire. That's why I sincerely advise you to overcome your biased feelings and beliefs and take your time to educate yourself about Islam, spending more time with people who believe and follow it. Meanwhile, you must use your reasoning faculties without any biases against the beliefs it presents. Otherwise, your biasness will prevent you from accepting the truth or even seeking it, just as those who were burning said in the Quran, "Wish if only we were listening and reasoning; we wouldn't be in this blazing fire." 🔥Who Claim To Believe: As for those who claim to believe, know that humans have the capability to logically contradict themselves because of their feelings. Just like Satan, at one place you claim to believe that God is all-wise, knowing, just, and perfect, then at the other hand, you object to His command, indirectly suggesting that His judgments are unjust and unwise. That's why Allah usually commands you to use your intellect so you may overcome your feelings and beliefs.
