Fun fact about the mobile version of kino. If you shoot the zombies before they run into the fire trap, it will count towards your kills. So it's not impossible for a runner to get kills from the fire trap. But just not the amount that the one guy said

ZWR just needs to split console/PC into different categories due to the massive advantages and differences between the 2 experiences, especially when talking about speedruns and maybe sort of like how origins has an any% speedrun perhaps fast ray could fall into that category too

Simply changing the FPS alters the gravity of the older zombies games so most of the highly optimized movement speedrun games are all on PC due in part to that and due to how the interaction buttons work on PC compared to console as well as things like fast restart allowing for more attempts.

For that fast ray gun thing, I think it should he allowed as a seperate catagory, so you can have normal WR rounds and FRG allowed WR for example, that way people who like the exploit can have their own scene without ruining the biggest scene of WR round players

I’d say to just split the records, kinda like with old Wii games. Wii Sports 1.0 has faster load times and less cutscenes than its 1.1 update. Also 1.0 is EXTREMELY rare so they separated the speedruns for 1.0 category and 1.1 category respectively Just split the records into Console Runs and PC Runs, that way people can use it but keep it fair, with that it’s then Console players Vs Console players and PC Vs PC

A note for the round 74 on Five: After looking at old web archives of his channel, he uploaded multiple videos of the game until the elusive round 74 video. The video was actually unlisted until July 2021, but no one apparently had the link for it. The other videos weren't archived and are still unavailable, but he didn't just use godmode the entire game (presumably).

@@mozz6790Nixaru came out as trans as changed her channel to Vixarya. She made a few videos but got a lot of backlash for being trans so deleted all vids and stopped uploading. I think the channel still exists

yes you edit the config files of the game to bind all three actions to scroll up/scroll down then you just hold left mouse and scroll either way, there are also macros for it

For me, personally, the removal of Fast Raygun was justified Everyone should be on fair grounds when high rounding or speedrunning in general. It's why a lot of speedruns require you to cap at 60 FPS, so someone with superior hardware can't immediately have an unfair advantage because they paid for said hardware

A lot of glitched speedruns have you lower fps to like 3. It causes skips and many other things but you are right when someone can have 165 fps they will have a slight advantage

In orginal zombies, at least bo1 and before, any damage would cause the zombie to "bleed out". Not respawn. Hours of trainig the last zombie on nacht only for it to drop dead and start a new round, taught us this.

@RushinGG How to do the fast raygun trick on console: first hold your controller with index finger on top bumper, and middlefl finger with bottom trigger. Then hold button to reload with index finger, lean index finger to switch weapon button and hold both, then shoot with middle finger and aim with thumb, already patched on console though

I've been around the zombie scene for awhile but never really got into bo4 I wanna go for high rounds on bo4 zombies now a days but don't know any good solo/co-op strategies. Are there any good ones ?

Back when the game first came out, getting to high rounds was fairly easy due to all overpowered shit the game gave you. The best strat for me was the specialist katana, wraith fire, and the victorious tortoise perk on the 4th slot (Basically making you invincible). As for training, you'll find a spot as you learn the map layout.

On the mobile port I got to round 250 at the time I didn't know about the 27 zombies thing took me a week to get there it was really easy but on round 250 when I came back to the game it was like the zombies was like we are now going to be super hard. I done it on a Sony Xperia play with the controller. I've try the tactic on bo3 but it doesn't work and I only can get to round 30 before i die 😢

For me, where do you draw the line? This has long been a problem in speedrunning, what constitutes an exploit in a glitchless run? If you can reach a checkpoint through a wall? If you can gain speed by bhopping? Or more specifically to zombies: If you can get into a spot enemies can't hit you? By banning the fast raygun, are we saying that exploits can't be used? So then that firetrap spot you showed a few times throughout the video on Kino, that would be disallowed. Or the infamous dog round spot.

if it goes for official records every strategy is and should be both "hardware and software normalized". what i mean by that is simple: a strategy is valid when a) everyone can do it no matter the plattform and b) no matter their used hardware. fast ray gun should therefore not be valid simply because spending money to buy a mouse with unlockable mouswheel just so you can have a shot at WR shouldnt be encouraged. this doesnt need any discussion. there is a reason why many speedruns have the rules they have: fairness in the competition. if you can pay for an advantage is it really a competion?

My highest round on zombies mobile (or anywhere)is around 260 I was just running around with a galil and thunder gun. The thunder gun is so glitchy it just makes the zombies despawn instead of flying away in high rounds 😂

@@hemoso5 I call bullshit my guy. black ops 3 has a round limit of 255, after that the game glitches out and rounds stop progressing due to a long standing bug. The current world record for kino in black ops 1 is 240, and thats an incredibly optimized run that took 80~ hours. why lie on a yt video literally about debunking a liar?

Zwr is so fucking confusing to me. You can’t do the staff glitch on bo2, yet you can use offline megas in bo3. As someone who recently got back into zombies thanks to Cold War going free to play on PlayStation for the month of July, I believe that round 250,000 is just not humanly feasible. It would just take way too long unless you use that round skipping glitch.

@@matemindak384 yeah. Being on an untouchable portion of the map is only useful if you can get out of it without dying. You'll run out of ammo eventually, and at some point full ammo won't get you through a round.

I think fast ray is fine as it allows you to shoot the ray gun that the speed the dev allowed to be shot at, just don’t use a macro. Besides it shouldn’t matter if it’s splitting people from console and pc since pc the best place to do it especially blops 2 since console gets hunk errors about 30 hours in. Only records that should be done on console is the waw maps.
