The Dwarves had rifles even before the war,but all of them are either dead or defending the Dwarf Capital of Ironforge,as it was the only dwarf stronghold that never fell.
Basically I wanted a rider statue, but since I couldn't find such a model, I thought the Keeper statue would look quite good, even though it doesn't make too much sense lore-wise.
True, spell breakers didn't exist at this time, but I thought the model is nice and corresponds reasonably well to what elven warriors might have looked like in the Second War as well - they don't cast any spells here. And yes, the dwarves were a demolition squad and they blew up the bridge.
The main entrance was a wider passageway, so the same would not have worked equally well there. Also, the orcs could use their siege weapons to overcome any obstacles at the main entrance, but inside the city this would have been more difficult.

This is so fucking amazing, looks like Blizzard's campaign cut-scenes! Only one thing irks me, it used Darkspear trolls (spears) instead of the forest trolls (axes) which the WC2 Horde had.
LOL what a shame. From this moment the story is not canon. The Alliance should have started pushing back after breaking the initial siege and Doomhammer shouldn't have returned soon enough to reinforce the Horde. Unfortunate because this machinima is very well made. Very believable, but not historically accurate from this very video.
It still kinda puzzles me why you didn't add models for some of the characters. There is a Turalyon model on Hive (i think Tauer made it idk) and Clan-based grunts somewhere on Hive.
Sorry, did I not answer to you? Anyway, I probably just wasn't aware of these models when I made this. And perhaps some of them didn't exist at the time? I made most of this around 2009-2011.

Good movie,but you did't put any dwarven riflemen.Also Spell Breakers did not exist until Kael'thas renamed the high elves to blood elves.In part 8,I saw a bridge collapse and cut off orcs as 2 dwarves went below it.Did they put bombs on it?

What exactly do you mean? I made the terrain walls just by selecting a suitable terrain brush and adding cliffs in the world editor. But you can download the map from the description box of part 8/8.
Thanks :) . I made this with the Warcraft 3 world editor, it's a powerful tool. The custom models were made by various other people, I got them from Hive Workshop.
I think the trick was mainly to divide the Horde forces among several different players in the editor. Around 50-100 units per player could move simultaneously without lagging.
Well theoretically yes, I guess, but it would probably require very different map design in terms of custom units, terraining, etc. I don't really have experience of creating playable maps.
