Thanks! Yeah, this part is very much dialogue, but later there's more action. I guess I wanted to make the opening scene more implied and leave the actual battle scenes for later... The emissary escaping would have been cool but I ended up having him come from Dalaran instead.

GJ ! I loved this, but it was quite actionless :/ I'd recommend you change that when those outpost guys spot the armada the Outpost is seen under attack & overwhelmed by Horde forces, while the Emissary barely escape to the Boat, that would be epic ! // part 2, here i come =)
I think I wouldn't be very good at making tutorials, but there are links to the maps in the video description, and in general there are very good tutorials e.g. at the website Hive Workshop.
I really like this! Ahh.. this must be the second war. Uther Lightbringer and the Paladins were created during the second war. Ah yes... I like this. And yes. You guys should play the Custom Campaign Lord of the Clans for WC 3 Frozen Throne! I highly recommend it!!!
Very nice. Outonimi would you mind sharing your script for even just one of these cinematics? I am working on a movie as well, I have only completed various scenes so far. I have been trying to download some warcraft movie scripts (sth to open in the world editor) but couldn't find anything so far :(
Really well done (I know this is hella old) but honestly just to treat this like a film since it is feature-length, the beginning exposition dragged on quite a bit; it would have been nice if it opened with scenes that lasted a few seconds, or freeze-frames (units paused) depicting the described events before continuing on with the exposition. The text dragged on a little too long. But truly an excellent job-great skills with the editor!

That's pretty nice work and effort you put in there, but the story is also a bit confusing: Lordaeron's capital is located in Tirisfal, and there is no sea (apart from the great lake a bit south which is still very far) Also, how can King Teranas possibly be alive at the time where the undead attack Quel'Thalas? Arthas is leading these troops and that was long after he killed his own father. Plus, the orcs fled Lordaeron to the lands of Kalimdor because of the undead, leaded by Thrall. That's where they make Durotar their home and meet the Tauren And what about the Alliances of Loch Modan and Azeroth? Aren't they going to help?
Thank you for your comment. True, the geography may not be completely accurate, but the water is supposed to be Lordamere Lake. The plot corresponds roughly to the storyline of the Warcraft 2 orc campaign, so it takes place before the events of Warcraft 3. The undead attacked Quel'Thalas also in Warcraft 2. Moreover, Azeroth and Khaz Modan have already been taken by the Horde in the beginning of the movie.
Oh ok, put into that perspective it makes sense for the storyline. I thought it was a storyline to explain how Lordaeron has fallen after Teranas' death. I mean it's too bad Blizzard hasn't told that part with accuracy yet.

***** Well I just mean that there would be a lot of work finding good voice actors etc., and it would be quite difficult to synchronize the spoken lines with the written ones.
*sigh* i was hoping they made a new unit srsly, footmen(or ALL human unit's) hit points are so low im surprised people even use them in the first place. orcs have fukin (spammable)taurens with godly amount of hp and damage. undead has frost wyrms which has even more hp than taurens and elves has the biggest unit in the whole game

True story, bro! It is hard to keep sitting a long time or take this mashinima at seriously notes without characters' voices. Idea is great, but without good music for the right mood and/or _even_ fan dub every mashinima is dull.

Well, I always felt that tanks seem a bit too modern for the Warcraft universe. Anyway, what's wrong with ballistae? :) Aren't they perfectly good siege weapons?
WhoNeeds AHaircut I believe tanks would kind of ruin the continuity of this film, since it is about the events of Warcraft 2 and there were no tanks in Warcraft 2, but ballistaes instead.
