In pro wrestling music and entrance music plays a pivotal role in the atmosphere of the show. A wrestlers theme can send chills up your spine as you wait in anticipation, it can build up hype for a megamatch or provide instant recognizability during a grand return. WWE had massive success for their inhouse theme music the likes of JJ Maguire, Jimmy Hart, Jim Johnston & even CFOS created a great collection of WWE theme music. Add to that multiple platinum selling albums and a craze in music that is yet to be matched. But as the years wore on the company failed to find that same production magic in their music & fan opinion as-well as the overall quality started to greatly decline.
