❗️Attention, I recommend using ingredients in grams because it is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200 ml
🍰Dough:
3 egg whites
90 g (5 heaped tablespoons / 3 oz) sugar
A pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
100 g (2/3 cup / 3.5 oz) flour
Peel of 1 lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
15 g (1 tbsp) warm water
5 g (1 tsp) baking powder
Baking pan 28x18cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 360 °F for 25 minutes
🍦Cream:
10 g (3 tsp) gelatine
60 ml (4 tbsp / 2 fl oz) cold water
Melt in water and let rest for 10-12 minutes
400 g (1 3/4 cups / 14 oz) cream cheese
200 g (7 oz) white chocolate
200 ml (1 cup / 7 fl oz) cream 33% fat
Melt the chocolate and add to the cream cheese
Mix well
Melt gelatine and add to the cream mixture
🍒400 g (14 oz) cherries
🍑400 g (14 oz) canned peaches, diced
Assemble the cake as shown in the video
Let rest in the fridge for 4 hours
Powdered sugar (optional)
