The famous French cake 😍 that disappears in 1 minute! Grandma's recipe
A very tasty recipe made from choux pastry with delicate butter cream that each of you can prepare for the whole family! My husband actually asks me to make them every three days. You can bake choux pastry cakes in different shapes; I have many options on my channel.

💙100g water
💜100 g milk
💛Pinch of salt
🧡Pinch of sugar
💚130 g flour
🧡80 g butter
💙3 eggs
💚for cream:
💜500 g milk
💛30 g butter
🧡Lemon peel
🧡50 g starch
💙150 g sugar
💚200 g cream

🧡Hello everyone !))
💛4 eggs.
💙a pinch of salt, 100 g sugar.
💚100 grams of flour.
💜Vanillin.
🧡30/40cm form.
💛Cover with parchment paper.
💙Distribute the dough evenly.
💚Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
💜cut off the edges.
🧡2 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons flour.
💚80 grams of milk, 80 grams of water, 2 teaspoons of instant coffee.
🧡Heat up.
💜Add to the egg yolk.
💚make a quiet fire.
💙cook until thick.
💛60 g chocolate, 60 g hot cream.
🧡lubricate evenly.
💛150 grams of butter.
💜Add cream.
💚smear the cream evenly.
💙divide into 4 equal strips.
💛Collect cakes like me.
🧡grease with remaining cream.
💜 Place in the fridge for up to 3 hours.
💚sprinkle with cocoa.

I noticed that when the lemon rind went into the milk there was a little white part also. This part is very bitter and i was wondering if this affected the taste of the custard at all?

If there are 350 grams per cup, and ur butter is 80 grams, it sure looks equivalent to a cup.

The "cake" looks interesting but without American ingredient/ measurements I doubt I'd ever try it. Eggs sometimes have blood spots on them, so adding them directly to the batter is undesireable. I crack my eggs one @ a time into a small dish 1st to check condition of egg, if No spots, then into batter. From the comments I've read about this recipe, others have similar feelings. Sorry.
